He should be charged for first-degree murder. The problem with that is the legal experts say it’s too hard to prove what was in the assailants mind. As far as I’m concerned, you can tell a persons intentions by their actions, especially when their actions are made over a 15 minute period, rather than in a split second; but that doesn’t hold legal water.  I don’t see it much different than the cop who kneeled on George Floyd’s neck. Hopefully the outcome will be the same.

One of the comments said " white supremist are so hard to find now the government needs to out source for them." I'm sure there are some out there somewhere but no one I know has ever seen one and if there is how can a random person affect you or me in 2023 because they don't like me? They can't.

I don't think it really matters who "runs" the big cities. A Republican mayor isn't going to turn around San Francisco, Portland, Chicago, LA, or New York.
