Threads on Anderson, Thrasher, Vialle, etc., but no word on Martin not finishing.

Not sure what exactly happened but Club MX posted that he was a little banged up but all good.

He had a massive endo on the rhythm before the first walljump/set of whoops

what happened was he stayed in the 250 class for an inexplicably long time (more than anyone I've seen since the 80's) and now that class is getting stacked with new kids with new skills. that's what happened. staying down isn't a safe path anymore. imo he should have moved up way back.

There is some truth, he was at a certain time a very hot prospect such as webb, but how can you miss that he broke his back while cross rutted by Cooper I think which then totally derailed what was planned and the potential 450 contracts ? That is easy to judge when bringing half of the truth. Right now I just hope he is ok so he can do a great summer. Then we will see, he doesn't have the size for the 450 either but who knows where he could be in 2 years, maybe top 5 or top 10 in 450 sx and mx.

During the broadcast I saw Martin go down in the background.  In typical fashion, they mostly just ignored that a guy wiped out.  They probably figured it would be better to show 60 seconds of the sky during racing action.

Hell I thought Jmart was going to be a championship contender. He better buy a tool belt and some steel toe boots for next season.

He’s a multi millionaire unlike you and won’t have to work construction when racing is over lol

I do think if he's healthy, he will be a contender outdoors, this year. I believe that in a way he was just trying to get through SX and stay healthy. I think outdoors, he will elevate his game. So hopefully it's true that he is all good. I'm excited to see what he can do.

2017 450SX Daytona he did get 2d place behind the almighty Tomac - so he can ride a 450 in an outdoorsy type track. I'd like to see him on a 450 for Motocross. It was odd when he stacked it up early in that rhythm section at Atlanta. Got up and just kinda rode around thereafter.

Apparently there's a few here who don't catch the, craig construction days, sarcasm.

I'm surprised nobody jumped in here and griped about them showing the sky, and discussing the weather, in the middle of a heat race.

One of the more ridiculous moments of the broadcast.

I mentioned it in the Will C. thread, but yeah we have a weather channel for that crap, we tuned in to watch a dirt cycle race, not look at the clouds.

I'd say the biggest BS was 450 main even Hill "battle" mid pack. WHO FRICKEN CARES. There's a tight championship going on and they are side by side on the track and you pull away from the actual action on the track.

Hope he is ready for outdoors.  A healthy Jmart is a title contender outdoors!

He did move up, signed a 450 deal with RCH just before they folded. He had to scramble to get another ride so late in the game and 250 was his best/only option. Then the injuries started . . .

Big j mart fan . I honestly think he has been the most disappointing rider out of any , in 450 /250 . I think his results/ speed this year has been  terrible .  I hope he is just trying to make it through SX and we see the real j mart come outdoor s .
