No way Seely lines up if he isn’t confident he can qualify.

I’m SO glad I’m not the only one that remembers and was thinking it.

Qualified 18th after a couple years out of the game. Given nerves and what not, I would think he’s got a little more in the tank and puts it in the main.

People thinking Cole will struggle to make the main are idiots. I don't know how is fitness is so he may not finish the main, but he'll run plenty fast and easily make it out of the heat race. In the current field there aren't 22 riders even close to faster than him. He isn't that old. Literally 4 years ago he was running podium level speed. He has speed that most of the 13th and back guys could never sniff.

All these downvotes and what do you know? Cole put it in the main with ease.

20th, stamp it.

No, 21st, stamp it.

He was around 14/15th for a while wasn't he? Did he just fade or crash in the end, didn't really pay attention to his times

Seemed to be sitting in 17th for most of the race, then drifted back in the last 5 mins. Gassed I guess.

Ha. No I do not. As I said, his fitness probably isn't there for a full US main yet if it ever will be. But for a heat I said he'd easily make it in and people flamed me, but he did make it with plenty of room to spare.

He may never be in US SX main event shape again. WSX is all triple crown format. Speaking of, does anyone know if he's racing AZ? That he may have a chance at doing better or top 10 during one of the gangbangs...

I agree, he always said this was a " blow the cobwebs off" to prepare for end of year overseas sx, where he will get paid for being " Cole Seely" to race.

Check out the other Seely crypto/coin thread. Seems pretty shady to me.

Not true. Your body loses the ability to do it even if you still know how.

You're actually calling him wrong while actually agreeing with him! Brent is right you don't lose the talent and speed but the body does lose muscle memory and Fitness!

Actually to be honest, you're all wrong. Mentally you can do it but physically you cant handle it.

Isn’t it a neuron thing?  Would a near 30 year old guy in a 450 Main lose something in 3 years out of sport?
