When doing his post race interviews. Totally different vibe from him compared to anybody else sans maybe Jett.
Looks stoked to just be there.
Hopefully this is the start of a new era where these kids are having fun AND being successful.
Jett and Haiden both make me wanna go ride, been a while since we've seen that kind of enthusiasm. Anstie as well, actually.
It’s great to see the excitement from him being there. Hope the excitement stays there as long as possible.

i wish more kids went pro young.. used to be the normal when 125's was a class. Seems like they come in with a ton of energy and continue to develop.
Jett and Hayden both are great for the sport
I only hope it all doesn't go to his head....
I have not watched one item of his social media stuff....but he seems like a pretty humble and grounded kid in race interviews.
Being fresh into the pro ranks most likely helps.

Having to often suffer Brain as his mouthpiece was demeaning.
He “looks stoked”….but not “to just be there.” More like he looks stoked to be on the right trajectory for moto stardom.
He was incredibly well spoken on pulp too, I was super impressed with that interview. This kid is the full package!
Great kid, love his enthusiasm too, what a great future is ahead of him. But I am afraid Mad Max Anstie's enthusiasm right now is at the rev limiter.
The climb to the top is the best. Once you are there, things begin to change. Anything other than a win for Tomac results in multi page threads about him being done.

Hes a likeable kid. I admit I was hoping he would fail. Im a jealous old man who roots for the underdog. But I find myself becoming a fan.

I was a little worried about him.
He seemed kind of a puffy chest entitled arrogant kid coming up on 80s. I was wrong. He’s a humble well spoken nice young man in the big leagues.
He's doing everything right. Personality, results, and even throwing it flat on Press day! Brian is so smart in talking about press day, he goes that's the one day for the local media to show it's going to be going down on Saturday night and all those robots are out there doing nothing. Haiden is out there whipping it giving the cameras what they want, who do you thinks gonna show up on the clips promoting the race?? The rest of those guys should be doing the same, sell some tickets.... promote yourself.

Exactly! A kid who just turned 17 and excited for his first ever Supercross podium. Yet he's out there using the lingo and slang kids his age use these days. It makes my stomach turn he overused the word sick. What's next? Is he gonna show up next week with spikes drilled in his shoulder pads? He needs to start slanging donuts, being overly cocky, and getting in the booth and insulting other riders skills on national TV. The gall of this punk kid! 😂

The moto media will shove this kid down your throat just like Jett. To be clear I’ve got nothing against Deegan or Jett and they’re super talented and deserve the accolades but unfortunately people will get tired of hearing about them.

it would have been groovy if he would of said "bitchen" or "cool" instead. "farout" would have been over the line as well!
