Hunter will get a DNF before the season is over and lose this championship by 3 points.
nothing would make me happier lol
I think it was a blatant take out that could have been avoided by Thrasher. Sad!
We can speculate all you want but taking people out to win doesn't always work. Hunter tried this chickenshit on JCoop at the MXoN and put himself on the ground instead; I guess playing 2nd fiddle to his kid brother is more than his ego can take. He put Shimoda on the ground last summer for 2nd place <--- LOL!!
I take it none of you guys saying he cut down early paid attention the the two ruts that split when he started turning… one was outside more than where he was, the other he was in…

Thrasher had it coming. End of story
I don’t like take outs but had that worked and Australia won mxon, that written in the history books would be worth any amount of back lash
Perfectly executed payback.
I though he said on the podium he seen an Opportunity an took it, I didn’t see him acting like it was an accident more like the opportunity was there an I went for it. Doesn’t have to explain it anymore then that we all seen what happened
Ah no what Hunter did at des Nations was take the same line a lot of the 250 guys were taking in the first moto which was outside to outside to keep momentum in the mud which was essential when racing 450's did he see Cooper going for the same line and try to beat him there? Most probably, but chickenshit? Naah, you should cry a bit more about him though
They Kick back.
And, if you are stupid enough to get near one that's pissed off, you might just get Gutted.
Those legs are Immensely powerful, with pretty substantial claws / nails (whatever they are called on a Roo), so you're a f**king idiot to get near an agro one.
I'm no pearl clutching rabid greeny : I've no problem with culling Roos when they have a population explosion - our bush clearance has made perfect pasturing for them, that, they thrive in.
But a prick like that, with 'tough dogs' ( they may look the part, but real Hunting Roo and Pig Dogs are something very different to those pair I see in the video), that he probably 'sicked onto' the Roos. So, a gormless 'tough dog', got into trouble. And then, the f**kwit chose to play the hard man. Probably pissed or stoned - or, just a stupid f**kwit. He's lucky he didn't get gutted, or at least cop a good kicking.
I'm patiently waiting for the press release about Hunters probation
Its called race craft.
These guys are essentially jr pros. The 250 was full of rider errors compared to that we saw with the 450's. Live and learn. We've all been there. Its not like he was slammed.
As usual it's a vital storm in a tea cup.
This image and the race footage completely contradicts your previous post
The footage was a set up with a family pet. Broken in the scrub alone dingoes would have a go. Cassowaries get Afro too.
Boomer. Never met you, don’t know you but there are good South African immigrants in Australia. Best of wishes
Hunter rides like an asshole. Racing is racing, but Thrasher, Shimoda, and JCoop all owe him one, which will make getting the championship that counts tougher for him to get this summer.
Hunter, the arsehole, was lapping about 2 seconds faster than Thrasha and is now 29 points clear of him.
Thrasher was so annoyed with himself for his blue, that later in the race he took himself out in the whoops as retribution. He needs to take tips from Haiden.
Hunter took him high but Thrasher had plenty of room. Bit of a lack of awareness on Thrasher's part imo. Contrast this to Barcia taking Adam out. Adam gave him every bit of room he could letting Barcia pass him but Barcia still took him off the track.
Pit Row
I swear a bunch of menopausal, old, bitchy lady's post here. For fucks sake it's racing not a let's be best friends class. Take outs are part of it, and believe it or not last round thrasher made HUGE contact with Hunter. So take it however you want, but hunter has the points lead and Thrasher is slowly fading out of the picture.....
I was disappointed in the fact that it looked like it was going to be a great race with those two, but ended up being a snooze fast.😕
...or very WOKE youngsters
I agree, it's racing, it was far far from dirty, it was pure racing. Did they even touch? Seemed almost like Trasher already was off balance or maybe panic due to him realising he was about to get passed? It was not super steady Eddie and Hunter ramming into him dangerously...no pure racing.
Next time, next race when Hunter gets the start, it's Trasher who can ge a bit faster in the first corners and steal the line from Hunter, but of course, he needs to be a bit faster, not a few tenths off...
Got to love Hunter trying to rev up the fans to cheer him on, as he burns off the tires...seems he's got too much to prove growing up in the shadow of donut boy
Check the berm tire groove. Thrasher did NOT turn DOWN. Watch it again...and again.
No he won't .
and he was at the highest point of the burm.....how in the hell he thought nobody is lower right next to him to cut down early
Well when he actually "puts thrasher on the ground" we can come back and have that discussion.
Hunters got a DNF coming
Hunter went where no other rider had gone. Hunter purposely went there to take him out. Hunter is scared of competition. He chokes with competition. We seen Joe make Hunter choke all last year. We seen Hunter Choke with pressure from Justin Cooper at MXON.
Please point this out. I watched the clip multiple times and have no idea how you could think Thrasher didn't turn down
That was an aggressive, early move that worked perfectly. Solid points gap now. Way less a takeout than Osbourne on Savatgy for the title, but duh, it wasn't for a title. I'm fine with my boy using that move last lap when it matters. Oh, wait, he did last weekend when he made the pass for 2nd to seal the OA in his (fast) class. Other kid didn't go down is the only difference. Buncha pussies on here. It's f-ing PRO RACING, fer crissakes! I don't think it matters a damn if Thrasher turned down or not. He shoulda known it was possible (ala Savatgy!) and protected himself, but he didn't. C'est la vie. Indy next week, right?
Post a reply to: So are we cool with Hunter Lawrence putting Thrasher on the ground on lap 1
