*Suggests 11 cars is most of 38 cars*

*Calls someone a fucking idiot for saying it isn't*

Yeah that checks out.

*Is repeatedly called out for being a douchebag

*Contributes zero to anything that doesn’t further the liberal agenda

*Tries in vain to make himself relevant

***Yeah, that does check out!

To the rail industry's credit, there have been improvements in safety. But, with rail being the preferred method of transport for alot of hazardous materials oversight needs to be constant, I simply don't trust the railroad companies to do what's right and safe on their own. I bet most of us live within 10 miles of a rail line that carries hazardous materials.

The weird sexual tension between you three is ironically derailing this thread.

Keep it in your pants and try to stay on topic.

If you’re never worked with hazmat you hv no idea how mind bending strong & how quick it can kill.  1 breath or strong vapors in the face . Will drop you on the ground with your eyes burning & you can’t inhale or exhale . Your talking pain much worse & accute than any injury or broken bone that there is.  Ever wonder why no testing or filming has ever been done in a railyard ? For many reasons it considered federal land for -. They hv leaking hazmat tankers , 53 ft containers leaking liquid or powder hazmat from railyard s dropping the containers 20 ft onto the concrete.  Old Locomotives leaking everything. There is no way I would stay in the derailment area. Double stacking 53 ft containers . Think about that for a second. Out in the west they detail from cross winds. Your tax dollars paid for all the ovr passes to be raised.  Colonial money & people connected to it are involved in the railroad. And others like John Bryant Hunt jb hunt they hv a contract I know of back in 09. Jb is paid .38 per mile per container for a doing nothing, empty or loaded containers. Jb is connect to Walmart - Sam Walton jb married his daughter. They hv beyond life buisness agreements.  Cargill is hvy reliable on rail tankers. You like to eat right ? The list goes on with the co.s some are ovr 100 yrs old. They control A LOT.

Not including the thousands that died from exposure from train derailments tho. Dead from cancer 90 days to 3 yrs later.

Good article here, but as a warning to those who want to blame the Biden administration, or subscribe to conspiracy theories that this was somehow intentional to distract us from 'what is really going on', it won't fit your narrative.

Pretty sure most are unhappy with the reaction to the incident by the government more so than saying the government is the cause of the incident.

We also need a Answer of why the gov has been hacking the country’s largest cold storage warehouses for 1.5 yrs. Why would they try to destroy thousands of tons of food ?

Exactley... where the fuck are the EPA and FEMA , if they dont turn out for this, what is the point of either of them

From what i read earlier, the only people who are saying 'its fine, there is nothing to worry about' are the people hired by the railroad company.

Even ignoring the fact they released a film about it , shot in the same place, its underlines the fact that there are people intent on destroying US infrastructure for fun, and nobody seems to care.

We may bump heads on poly-ticks,   but your knowledge base is nothing short of impressive.

Would you please kick Booty-judge out of that job and take over the Sec Transportation gig?

I'm far to lazy to "explore" the special relationships the railroads have with govt agencies and national security but I'd bet who responds and who has responsibility is not openly discussed.

The freight being hauled (hazardous or otherwise) is considered so critical to the economy that they are in a "special" category of oversight.

Greed and corruption have gutted any real public safety protocols or regulations.  Any monetary fines are so inconsequential as to be laughable.

If preventable accidents thru negligence or outright safety violations resulted in CEO's spending time in jail there might be some positive change.  Probably notBlush

I still refer to this place as 'Moto-Drive' to my wife whenever I mention something to her from here.

Haha my niece ran a train like that threw her college yrs at bay beach.  The railroad is Stone Age tech. When they loose radio communication . They use torpedoes a 1.5 in square with tabs to wrap around the rail. A train wheel hits it & boom the engineer is supposed to go into emergency braking. The rr  gave me a few when I ran a 28 cylinder locomotive plowing inner duct in, easy job.  I wonder what the  next distraction will be. You know how biden is every screwup has a distraction story. Sounds like it’s the border so called crisis.
