Looks like he's sitting out this weekend. Crash earlier in the week.

Sucks to see so many good riders getting hurt.

Wow, that's lame.

Hope he can come back strong again this season, sooner rather than later too.

Well crap...  Hate to see it.  Still hope he finds a way to win one this year.

On another note, gotta go change my fantasy.

People will argue, but something is wrong when so many get hurt.

Idk it seems to come in cycles. Last year it seemed like generally almost all of the top guys remained injury free for the most part

It's an incredibly dangerous sport.

Wasn't this the reason they set up the points structure the way they did, the playoff format.  So that a rider could come back from injury and still be in the points hunt by the time the SuperMotoCross leg came around.

Heal up Mook.  He has been looking so good.  I'm actually gutted for him.

Maybe he's not really hurt...just had a "can't miss" bass tournament Silly

It’s crazy he did not get injured at both rounds, but he gets injured while training. That sucks. Im willing to bet he would have podium this weekend and maybe get a win during triple crown.

Thought the same thing. He really needs to learn how to stay off the ground. Kinda like a tad slower than James was with an equal amount of crashes. I want to see him succeed but it won’t happen until he figures that out.

Seems the majority of injuries so far this year have been during training, not racing.
That’s a bit strange.

I won't argue.  I'm an outdoor guy but I'll begrudgingly admit...the emphasis that SX has put on cornering and line selection has upped the outdoor game tremendously.

After these first two races, it was inevitable.

His style was anything but smooth, or flowing.

He looked way too over animated, especially while jumping,  trying to run at the pace of the leaders.

Sorry,  somebody had to say it.

No word on any actual injuries yet, so hopefully he is just beaten up? That's what I got told today, but who knows.

It sounds like it was a big crash.

Might not make a difference but mod 250s for the main sx class? Stock for the regional classes

What you saw was fairly normal for Malcolm.  His brother was the same.  Their style has always been to let the bike do what it wants...and just be quick enough to correct and compensate.  It works real well...most of the time.Whistling

He has been riding so good. He was definitely progressing to the front. Heal up quick and tight lines. 🐟

I think Malcolm is pushing for a win way too early in the season.  Last year he was consistent and now he is pushing hard for a win.  Maybe he’s pushing hard at the test track too. I wish we had last year Malcolm at the beginning of the season then go for the win when he is in a good point position.  Let’s go Mookie fever.

Not a fan, but feel bad for him. What are the injuries exactly?
