Funny you should say this. I had a real husqvarna cr125 as my first big bike. Ended up getting ine of these 125sx down the road and it was like the best handling bike I had ever rode to that point lol, just cuz the old husky was so bad

I know there was one of Langston's 125s floating around Tuscumbia in Colbert County about 16 or 17 years ago. I am curious if it is the same one. Can you post a picture of it when you pick it up?

If I remember correctly it was a 16 year old Bonds first or second pro race his rookie year and he was giving Langston all he could handle. Grant's ego took over and he looked over his shoulder on a high speed downhill and did a super dirty break check. Bonds got hurt pretty bad from that and missed a bunch of races because of it.

I always love these threads. First off Grant admitted to taking him out. Then Mitch chimes in because Langston did more for his team than Bonds did, so obviously he will go with Grant. Regardless it was a chicken shit move and went down exactly as I said it did.

Now there seems to be a few posts defending Grant that are now missing?

Definitely not ex Grant Langston factory bike. It's missing all the factory goodies that Langston's bikes had. It's just an another stock 125SX with black plastics and missing exhaust

If it is his bike make sure you check out the rear brake before riding. It’s been known to lock up on straights when young riders are pressuring you
