Looked like a decent amount of people in attendance, hard to tell since the lower level was blocked off. Racing was good. Short mains kept Eli from running away with it. The rest of the results were a mixed bag which is good. That stadium looked huge. Everyone knows chassis mounted cameras don't work for offroad. Too many replays. I only watched the mains on YouTube, hope everyone that went to it had a good time.

Can't believe they want to run this in the summer against mxgp and ama outdoors.
Vince friese is 3rd in the “world” championship…. Say no more

Looking like a pretty big mistake at this point tbh. If he got paid the same amount as a full season for 3 races though then Id say still a good move.

Yeah I’m pretty tired about the same Virards that have been repeatedly crapping on every aspect a hundred times. It’s looking spam it’s so stupid.. It seems the locals enjoyed it, so perhaps a little more listening?. It was not supposed to be the top AMA SX or MXGP guys. The teams have not been a secret so why not just back off?

Well some kid is really hurt he didn’t get everything promised to him. he is on a one boy mission to try and make everyone miserable because he is upset. We just have to deal with it.

There's better ways to handle this without saying nasty things to each other. If someone is ruining your experience by sharing their opinion, ignore that person. If that person isn't attacking you, don't attack them.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the top AMA Supercross riders are the best in the world. Hosting a world championship without them is redundant and not a true world championship.

After 2023 "supermotocross" we'll see how it looks. Frankly, if Vince got a top 5 with the full field, I wouldn't be absolutely astonished. Is he top 3 in the world? No. But he definitely doesn't look like the 14-20th place guy he was a few years ago.

Most of the camera work I saw was okay. Not great but okay. The shitshow part for me was the lame announcer who got the winner and 2nd wrong and then had to do a correction while yelling the whole time he was talking. Bush League in my opinion.

Eli looked terrific tonight but his competition was not in the same class he is except for Roczen.

Very uninspiring. Tried to enjoy it, but could not keep interest - just felt like a side event and not a main event. Don’t see this going anywhere. Premier Supercross will and always will remain in the US.

Watched the races, camera work was ok, track was undestandably on the tame side, overall thought it was good racing and the broadcast needs work. They ran the race fine but I doubt they have had to include a broadcast at this scale before. Hopefully its cleaner at the next round.

Friese has 9 top 10 finishes in ama ‘world championship’ races and finished 4th at the last Monster Cup, so where exactly did you expect him to finish?

People that are saying that we should enjoy the off season races have really missed the point here.

WSX is NOT a off season race just because US has off season now, they are trying to be a legit series with world championship status, and with that goal i will critique them on the performance of that.

Ofc you Britts who went there and saw it live had a good time, i would have to.

But sitting at home, watching the ”World championship” in SX and don’t knowing if i am watching a WSX or Paris Bercy when i see the production is the bad thing here.

It’s like they sold us a Ferarri and we recived a Volvo..

I appreciate what they are trying to do and there is lots of room for improvement.

Just some observations-

1.Change the name to SuperCrossGP series
2. Add more colour to the event. Where were all the country flags? Not enough haybails.
3. The fender cams are shit. Was making me seasick. Loss them
4. I don't like the format. Run a normal series like the US.
5. The series should be open to all riders who want to try qualify and compete.
6. Get rid of metal ramps.

Anyways, Tomac was solid as usual last night and here's wishing Reed, Wilson and Grant a speedy recovery.

First show is a pass, I don't know what people are expecting with the caliber of riders who rode.

It's going to take 5 + years for this thing to be a legit series if they make it that long.

Agree, the fender cams are not great. Format not great either but overall, it was cool. Reminds me a bigger old ADAC german off season SX when i was going watch SX with my dad in 90's.

To me, Vince the Friese is a kind of legend. How can you not respect Friese's career? Friese is a tough dude. He's always there. He's doing his own thing and it works. #RespecttheFriese. Props to McElrath and Blose as well.

The Boost mobile girl was very fatty compared to the US monster girls. My girlfriend liked it, she said it was inclusive. I replied : No moto, it's bench racing right now. She said : What ? I said : Sometimes Ugly people doesn't like beauty and she left. I was able to watch WSX with ease after that. All good.
