The username came from about two months before I made my account, we had a hurricane come through and somehow didn’t lose power, one of my brothers introduced me and my older brother to trailer park boys and we ran through pretty much every season snacking up on everything we prepared, even my dad was into it. Good times.
both knees shot and tore my rotator cuff last year.
Have a 94 yz 250 I wanted to start riding some grass track I could lay out here at our farm, but now shoulder won't let me.
Hard sometimes to accept that I will no longer defy physics, but instead avoid proving them.
I know losing 60-80 lbs would help a lot with some issues, but dang it gets harder as you get older and everything hurts.
now I have my first urologist appointment next week for one of those things most will face as they age.
Debating on whether to have shoulder replaced. Opting now to live with it.
I did get a farkled out klr 650 last year to replace an old one I had.
Been doing short rides around the back roads and hoping next spring to start doing some moto camping trips and maybe some stuff like the MABDR.
Even camping gets more complicated when you get older.
Finding a sleep system for an ailing back and sciatica isn't easy.
Also have to come up with a travel cpap that insurance won't pay for.
Hurdles to overcome but it is a mission.
I took my granddaughter out to Cali a couple of years ago. Hit most every beach from Muir down to SD. Boogie board and surfing. Mostly small stuff till SD. 6 to 8 footers. I ate shit big time. Didn't know my 62 year old ass could hold my breath that long. I had a very short but intense talk with Jesus

Sorry, buddy, I couldn't resist.
Pit Row
I've had my share of injuries, but most have buffed out.
I've been taking really good vitamins since I was 22, and feel that's why I can still race.
Still racing. Still riding a 125.
