Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
It appears to be an all out effort to pull things in tighter and protect Feld and MX Sports assets.
There was an opportunity here to actually grow the sport with quality racing across the globe and seperate series that could have coexisted with minimal cooperation and effort by the various promoters. But I guess greed and my series is better than your series wins out yet again.
At least WSX scaring the American series into producing better purses and a decent combined streaming service is a positive.

Look it’s clear you’ve been outspoken against WSX from the outset, but you’ve got to look at the perspective of international moto fans; WSX is a rare opportunity for us to see riders in action, that we currently only get to see via a shitty streaming service when it works.
Feld and MX Sports were doing very little to grow the sport, or for the international fan, so they left a void for someone like Global to propose WSX. If that doesn’t work out now, at least it gave the two big American dogs a much needed wake up call.
This just gives the opportunity for foreign fans to see the stars of yesterday and today. All the guys they see on tv they now get to see in real life. Both series are going head to head and there’s 2 clear winners. The fans and the racers. More money and more eyes.
What a joke!

You know Global’s strategy intimately? How it may have developed and reacted to others strategies along the way?
I doubt that very much.
Your posts are constantly anti-WSX and American-centric. That’s all good, just don’t pretend otherwise.
There’s a big wide world with differing opinions out there.
You should check it out sometime, you may be surprised what you find.
That may not happen immediately, with a Roczen or two in the first couple of years, but WSX is going to push a lot of riders world-wide to develop SX skills.
I couldn't care less where a series is based. I just want to watch dirt bikes racing.
" How could a three-race playoff really have such a large impact? Well, real quick, let’s give you the concept of these races and then get back to the deeper meaning. Think of these races as something like the old Monster Energy Cup—a fall hybrid race—but now paying out points and its own championship. The big money remains. Riders will qualify for these three events via points scored in the individual Monster Energy Supercross and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championships (which will still hand out their own titles).
So riders need to race both series to qualify for the final 3 rounds....this should help the outdoor series as far as maintaining top riders
