For several weeks I have noticed there is almost constant negative comments about the Nationals. After just reading a couple more of them in the Feld/MX Sports combined series rumor thread, I've had enough of these Debbie Downers. The streaming issues aside this year we've seen big crowds and big rider turn outs. I drove to Hi Point and Red Bud and saw great racing at both races. I can't wait for Budd's Creek.
I have no idea about these people's motivations, but I simply cannot relate to those who spew gloom and doom regularly. Negativity this evening struck me as particularly odd given this combined series is what many fans have been asking for.

There’s a general frustration at everything. Look around, moral is down.

What some of those guys can do on a outdoors track is phenomenal!
No one is bitching about the actual racing this year. Both classes are delivering great racing and we just want a solid service like we had on Peacock last year.

Life is good.
Imo Supercross is filler until mid-year. If you’re Supercross only I think less of you.
From a streaming perspective- I have been able to watch every race so far when I wanted to. Some took some tech savvy, which isn’t ideal, but I sorted it out pretty quick.
And the actual racing has been bonkers. My only complaint is that it looks like a Jett/Eli runaway train. Here’s to hoping tomorrow we see something exciting and new.
Some, me included, have had legit and pretty major viewing issues, but beyond that there's not much negative to say, love the outdoors and there's been some great racing this year, like every year.

As far as in person, haven't gone to a supercross in years but outdoors at the track is what it's all about.
So then, IF that's the case, IF the Nationals could soon be threatened with extinction by worldwide Supercross domination, then solutions to avoid that horrific eventuality should begin now, before it's too late, no?
I don't see that as necessarily being negative, I see it as being proactive. A 20-race Grand National series that involves both indoor and outdoor venues might not be a perfect solution, but it beats the Nationals going away entirely, that's for damn sure.
Even the 250's.
Behind Jett's domination, you're seeing a lot of good racers coming up through the ranks.
It'll be interesting to watch them sink or swim over the next few seasons.
As well as seeing, Jett, Hunter, Jo, Colt, etc...
Move up to the open class.
I can see it being something that ends up being overused and detracting from watching the racing or being used as an excuse to bin much-needed trackside cameras and cameramen which are super important, as someone else raised the same concern about the other day 👍
But yeah, Nationals are sweeeet!
its not rocket science and 15 years ago if you had cable TV you could count on it.
our society is crumbling if you havent noticed
These days, people think that hyperbole distributed via the interwebs is a way initiate change. They are constantly trolling for opportunities to pile on.
Truth is, the nationals are fantastic this year. I am sad that MavTV canceled my subscription earlier than they committed as I was planning to watch two more nationals. I gotta find something else to do today.
The people that are bitchin about it are passionate about it and without their support there very well could be no nationals so I think they/me have a right to express our opinion.
Good luck resolving your issues,
