The shitshow of streaming nationals continues. There will be advertising in the middle of the motos (i asked twice) and they will "do the best to put them at a good time".
Spoilers in the app, advertising in the middle of motos, motos that does not work in the app but only web. Can't see everything live, since first race is delayed and have to wait for it all to be made available next day.
Who wrote the credit thread to DC, voice of the drunken people?
WTF? First time in 9 years, i did not finish watching the motos.

Is it the end of the world? No. Where we promised ad-free racing? YES.
Again, there are others out there making it work. Just shows how small the nationals seems to be compared to MXGP and some other local series.

I’d like to add even though no one asked, that I’m not one of these guys that cancel a sub as soon as the seasons over, I’ve had peacock ever since they started showing the races, I would have subbed to Mav all year too. It’s the principle.
I've taken my Saturdays back and quite prefer grilling out with friends and family instead of swearing at a paid service that's done little more than over promise and under deliver. I've no trouble finding a replay within hours and can fast forward through commercials whilst enjoying my night cap for free dollars.

Moto used to be for tough guys and gals. Flo must be thinking MX is a group of privileged tinker bells with nothing better to do than complain upfront.
Flo should offer a one camera option for broke folks at $7.99/ month.
10 cameras with drones, commentators, and ads, for full coverage $30/ month.

MAVTV Plus is supposed to be commercial free. We've had a couple of rounds commercial free, but Southwick had commercials during the motos.
Just because things were done a certain way 30+ years ago it doesn't mean things shouldn't evolve. We live in a digital age where everyone has access to information at the touch of a button.
People expect to receive their information as soon as it's published.
MAVTV said that it was going to be ad free. People paid for that service and that's not what they are receiving. The service has been subpar. On top of paying for it, they turn around and start broadcasting it for free because they couldn't handle the traffic.
I also remember NBC Gold and other PAID streams being commercial free.
It's ok to be thankful we have live streaming, AND be pissed a stream we are paying for has commercials.
It's ok to say it's better now that it was at the beginning of the season, AND say it's still not good enough since we are paying to see the races.
This whole "one extreme or the other" is a tired and never-ending circle of BS.
