This day and age your much better off starting your own business anyway. That’s why a record # of people have in the last yr. You write everything off. I,m turning my LLc into a courier co. I make a delivery to Millville create a couple bogus bols this is done in trucking all the time.I get to write my gas off then. A ld of paper leaves nj. Goes to IL. It gets cross docked and goes back to nj.or it never left nj but there’s a Bol saying it did. End of the yr most warehouses r emptied the lds hv to go aprox 200 mi away, mobile warehousing stuff stays in trailers it just keeps moving around the country creating revenue. Start a media co and cover the 125 racing since no one else will. My sign up is a write off. Since I had to higher and pay a rider 120.00 a week , me. Haha. 400.00 race weekend cost nothing. You can also call 1-900-pro-Noww to get an exciting recap of the race. Don’t miss out Call today. Haha

I really enjoyed Ping's sarcastic and witty tone in RacerX back in the day...
Since then, it seems to me he's gotten more and more radical in his opinions about, well, everything...
He lost me along the way.

Ping was an odd fit here. He seemed like he loathed the place, and only put up with it to test new bikes and do paid bike builds. He does a great job with the Whiskey Throttle show, though.

yes, he did say this and i think at one point his family was wealthy

he seems pretty laid back and ive met lots of people who come from wealth ( i grew up in a wealthy area) who are not nice people.

Surely I'm not the only one who watches moto obsessively but couldn't care less for any of these guys opinions on things. Doesn't matter if it's Ping, Matthes or whoever, I just don't care to listen to them talk at all. Especially when they get into non-moto related things and still have the same smug tone as if their opinions are more valid than any of ours. I for one won't miss Ping around here.

Didn't he say he was starting a coaching sort of organization comprised of some of it the big name legends? Frankly, I don't know how he has time for everything between work, family, media, bike tests Etc.

If I had to speculate, I would guess he is just streamlining things into his arena. Dude has always been very cool to me when I have run into him at the track. Keep up the great work, Ping.

I really like Ping's bike tests and builds and getting regular dude's builds on the site for a test. He is extremely knowledgable and has seen it and done it. Whisky throttle is awesome. We certainly wouldn't see eye to eye politically but I would have a beer with him and talk about it. He came in hot a few times-so what? So have most regulars around here. It's called being human. Glass houses people, glass houses. Best of luck to him.

I don’t agree with Pings political views most of the time. But the guy is one of the nicest dudes around the pits here in Southern Cal. I think it’s a total loss for Vital, I’ll miss his stuff on vitals channel.
