Remember you heard it hear first!

Btw, he is done with HRC and will not race again in the USA…

Hopefully Ken makes a full recovery and is healthy and happy in whatever is next, whether that be resuming AMA, racing else where or moving on to the next chapter of his life.
I personally think this new world SX series could be perfect for him, less rounds, maybe shorter racing, I’d predict they don’t race every weekend so more recovery time, big prize money, and he would be a chance at the title. Would be great for the fans at those rounds to have him in the series.

I am willing to bet KR has substantial career insurance.

If he’s having trouble in SX he isn’t going to have less trouble doing 2 motos against the MXGP guys. I don’t see it.

Yeah the guy who has serious physical problems that forced him out of competition, is gonna move over seas and hammer some super rough Euro tracks. Beat it nerd.

I certainly hope Roczen hasn't wasted his time perusing around here lately.
Because he'd quickly come to the conclusion that few here are worth his effort to entertain on Saturdays, and call it quits for sure.

Nobody, I repeat, nobody here has the slightest clue what ails him, or what his future holds.

I would guess this new World Supercross will go after him big time.

Yeah if he thinks racing the world circuit against Jeffrey Herlings and Tim Gajser is easier, go for it.

His whole life is bases in the USA now.

And even if he goes back to MXGP, we'll be worth it with Herlings/Gajser/Febvre at the top of the charts ?

This is the first World SX prediction I've read that makes any sense. Good call.

What would he be claiming for? What has ended his career?

We don't know yet.

Could be past events that he has unsuccessfully tried to rehab and get back to where he was pain free?

If he can't get his shit together in SX... the GP boys will eat him the fuck up and spit him out! If he does race GP's it's a money grab before the final sunset.

Absolutely Zero chance of him racing GP's and a good chance of him announcing his retirement in the near future.

Hes proved he can be successful since the past events though. If he'd never got back anywhere near to form, then maybe, but hes risen to the top since,

And a transmissible disease that also has long term ramifications could be another possibility.

We don't know yet.

It'd be interesting to know what sort of 'disability' policy he may have. My guess is that if he took the policy out after his major injuries, his premiums have likely been sky high and he may have already paid as much as his benefit would be. It would also be interesting to see how they define his inability to continue his career, as he won a race this year. I would think that an insurance company wouldn't base it completely on results, as he could affect those very easily by simply slowing down and finishing further back than he was actually capable of.

Echoing what everyone else has said, if he can't last a SX main there's 0 chance he'll have any answer for the GP guys. Gajser, Febvre, Herlings, Prado and co. would beat the brakes off him

If it's long covid, this is where the one of a million lawsuits are going to eventually pop up
