Andersons rides a fine line, his aggressiveness has no doubt earnt him some extra points this year but it has also lost him a chunk as well.
The thing is, you don't see Webb and Tomac in their battles with Anderson (or other aggressive riders) putting themselves in a position to be put down, they'll stand it up early/ cut back or leave the room. You can't fight for your position laying on the ground and apart from the speed they obviously have, situational awareness is a big part of why these guys are near the top year after year.
I also believe that in the sand turn if the roles were reversed Ando would definitely have gone for the pass too. He’s not waiting around, though he probably should.
Pit Row
Not good for Mooks points run...... but Anderson has it coming on multiple fronts.
I appreciate Mookies "no quarter given" approach here...it makes for some exciting races.
I laughed my ass off last night watching that clown throw away a damn good chance at a Daytona victory.
Leopard never changes his spots.
Once a torpedo, always a torpedo.
Even though he's tried to hide it behind his new tactic of cutting down on riders mid turn.

When there's a questionable call, he's not getting the benefit of the doubt from Malcolm.
Anderson can't blame anybody else for his own reputation.
The difference between Tomac and Malcolm? They both got bumped in the first corner by Anderson. Malcolm lost his temper, went for revenge, and threw away a great opportunity to win his first race. He lost valuable points, championship standings, and money. Meanwhile, Tomac, like a true race winner and champion, kept his composure, did not go for revenge, and went on to battle for his 6th Daytona win. Gained points, won big money, and strengthened his championship position.
Stewart simply saw red, lost his temper and threw a tantrum, his one and only intention at that point was getting revenge. All thoughts of the race, his team etc. were shelved to settle a score. Not too clever.
Tomac played it smart. Remained calm and collected the points and the money.
