If Eli gets 2nd and JA 1st, Eli gets 3 less points and JA gets 3 more adding up to a 6 point swing. That’s how it’s a 6 point mistake.

I don’t understand people saying Malcolm left the door open, he tried to close the door and Anderson tried to push through.. Anderson just didn’t anticipate...

Anderson just didn’t anticipate malcom staying that tight.

So does Anderson at the press conference. Ando says his fault, he came in too hot and wasn’t even trying to make the turn. Was just trying to stop.

Malcolm tee’d him up nicely 3rd moto, but luckily Anderson didn’t go down and still went on to win

Just watched that moto again.
Jason was watching lap after lap as stewart was fully railing that turn in the middle rut.

Jason made his move, stewart then moved down under the lower rut in that turn
(Perfectly acceptable)
But then began to slightly cut down just as Jason was making the pass.

Pure SX racing.

Like I said elsewhere,
Stewart's habit of cutting down when he's being set up for a pass, is going to continue to bite him.
He's a frontrunner now.
Time to start riding like one.

He knows Jason is out there racing hard this year.
If you're fast, you wouldn't have been reeled back in from a 2 second lead as quick as Jason did.

Like this one against Sexton in the 3rd main.

When I saw this I thought Sexton went down on purpose to avoid T-boning Malcom

All these people trying to describe how it was Malcims fault. Meanwhile, Anderson admitted it was his fault.

Obviously, Anderson hadn’t checked on Vitial before he made those comments. It’s almost as bad as checking in with a neurologist, instead of the Vital Dr’s. Silly Silly Laughing

That was all your fault.

Be easy Trail, Black Diesel rides. Didn't say anything about racing.

Any racer would see the error(s) of El Hombre's ways (as owned up to by Jason himself). Jason and Eli are positioned(on their game) to take this championship to the end. So cool to see.

But, live by the sword / die by the sword for the veteran matador El Hombre. He is who he is and we love him for it.

What a great season so far.

Give me one good reason why Anderson wouldn’t say it’s his fault? Of course he is going to say that, he’s racing for a championship. Smart man. Just because he said that doesn’t mean the reason Malcolm ended up on the ground wasn’t his own fault for trying to play defense, cut down, slid out, and was already off balance instead of just railing his normal line.

For anyone doubting, please explain Malcolm’s body position above before contact was made. Is that the way you ride through a berm? Not.

Malcolm pushed Jason and looks like he threw a knee into him too as Jason was trying to get back on bike

So basically you're saying if anybody plays defense you should be able to just put them on the ground.

I can assure you, you would feel differently if somebody did that to you.

No matter whose fault it was (it was just a racing incident IMO), it's nice to see some passion from some of these guys.

I don’t know if this guy has an agenda, but Malcolm screwed himself tonight. He was clearly faster and cost himself at the minimum a podium. He had a legit chance at a win even after the first contact from Anderson.

If this costs Anderson the title he might eventually learn that you can’t just ride into people. He does it time and time again and eventually you’re going to get what’s coming to you, probably at the time of most inconvenience to you. There haven’t been many SX champions who make enemies on the track

Anderson not doing what he needs to in order to stay in the championship. Damn, sucks to Barcia your way to 17 points back.

Yup.... Anderson shows what a huge idiot he is once again.

17 points down now. Hope it was worth it.
