I had a brand new Toyota 4x4 SR5, a new CR250 every year, racing 250 Exp. and funded it all myself welding for $5.10 per hr.

But I still lived at home.

There was a NETRA Enduro in Connecticut back in the '70's an '80's that went through a nudist colony. Forget the name, but could this be it? Something tells me it is.

For my Jersey Vets…
I rode NJ sandpits (most of which are now golf courses or developments) before cops cared or environmentalists existed (at least that’s the way it seemed). I raced NJORVP. I currently ride far more single track miles than moto laps. My Answer riding pants included hip pads. I look forward to post-ride beers almost as much as riding.

Lake Geneva and Aztalan pics good times. If you hv a dent in your forearm today yet from stuffing a 97 cr250. In the tight shicane. At Azzy a rider was cross jumping me on the big plateau. I let him have it a corner b4 the finish, he busted a hole in the snow fence. I was like oops didn’t mean to hit ya that hard.

Funny story, I saw the name Nathan davenport. Ol boy from Wiggins Mississippi. This is where our good friends, the Gill's moved to when they left Ohio back in the day.. I spent some time in winters riding down there and staying at the Gills. Nathan invited me out one night with some of his non moto buddies. The type of swamp donkeys you can't hardly understand. Lol.. We were goin "shinin". Now, im a deer hunter here in Ohio, and Nathan knew that, so I figured we were going to see if we could SEE any deer.. Stuff got real western once those spotlights came on. Disclaimer, I did not fire a single round. Lol. I did get bounced off the inside of the roof in a beater ford explorer like an ol Coleman cooler a few times tho as they peeled outa there after shots were fired.

Can't say I was on board, but I was along for the ride. They did utilize their kills and they did not do it for sport, these ol boys needed/wanted food they could wash down with their 40s of cheap beer.
