Haven't seen the TV broadcast but I was at Anaheim yesterday. Announcers talked the entire 250 and 450 mains but weren't actually calling the races. The woman sounds like Minnie Mouse and went on and on and on. Call the race and save the background info for between the races. Fortunately the racing drowned them out but the woman's voice remained like a fly or mosquito buzzing around your bedroom keeping you awake.
I was planning on attending St Louis Detroit Indy Atlanta Daytona but not with the present announcers.

So you’re not going to the race because the TV announcers aren’t up to your standards ?
Yeah… that makes sense !

But I think it's me.
We just have so much commentary now days and of course social media has made us all negative.
they do what they do, there is a mute button, we all sound like idiots when we have to ramble on for 3 hours.
We have lower ratings than bowling. If you are seeking the pinnacle of broadcasting excellence, go watch Monday Night Football or the Olympics.
Add a 4th option. I came her to watch a motorcycle race not a TV production competition.
There job is to talk during the race…it’s called announcing. They announced the race just fine. But your original post was about the TV crew and your post only makes sense if it’s about the TV crew. What an odd start to your Sunday.
Dude, there's another thread complaining that Peacock showed ads instead of Bulldozers or a blank screen. I mean is this shit really necessary? Aren't we here to watch motorcycle racing?
Pit Row
I split back and forth a little because the delay was annoying, but ended up just turning the audio on the broadcast off. Bailey/Ping are for moto audience. Broadcast is for the casual viewer and - not their fault - is annoying to anyone wanting more than just the most obvious interpretation of the race.
A good guy can create an atmosphere, and call a race, and be informative, especially with good access to live timing, but there are those that are just shouting freaks , who think everyone is there to listen to them , and they really arent.
I guess in a stadium, you cant hide from it.
I’m a problem solver. First buy you a set of pink headphones. Download Biden’s 2020 Inauguration Day speech, listen to him talk for 31/2 hours instead of listening to someone talk about supercross. Your golden, your welcome.
I was there, last-night, some of what the OP is complaining about was on the in-stadium video system and some wasn't. I have ABSOLUTELY NFG about ANY OF IT.
The racing was excellent; but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it.
The track held up SUPERBLY; but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it.
Rider Injuries weren't too bad; but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it.
The Officiating seemed pretty damn good (Shout out to J-Bone); but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it.
Kenny won CONVINCINGLY; but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it.
The Hondas were ON POINT (DAMN IT!); but, I'm sure someone will bitch about it. (Think I just did!:lol
My "low-points" on the night?
I'm kinda concerned about Jalek's injuries due to how long he was on the ground and how he was strapped to the back-board...
Cianciarulo's shoulder...?
Colt's Arms...plural...?
of you. LOL
Unless they improve or change the stadium crew will watch half of the races on TV I was going to attend in person.
