What are y’all cookin up for A1 tomorrow? I know not all of us are in the same time zone so wether it’s coffee, dinner or “herbal edibles” let’s hear it!Cool

We will be having a trip southwest with some fine mexican cuisine…might have to throw some Modelos or Coronas on ice as well

It’s 9:30 in the morning here in France. So A1 is today. Going skiing ⛷ for the day and gonna try not to hit the beer to hard after. The show will start at 3 or 4 am. Think I will be sipping on a little whiskey 🥃!!!

Over the last few years, my wife has gotten more and more interested in the racing. She knows all of the riders (big Roczen fan of course), she plays fantasy - it’s made Saturday night a consistently low-key fun event for us. A few weeks ago she told me that she’ll be hosting “SOUPercross Saturdays”, and will make a different soup for each race. I love how terribly punny it is haha. We’re kicking off A1 with Chicken Tortilla Soup, and pairing that with a couple ice cold Modelos… maybe some 1942 to sip on during the night show if I’m still awake 😂

My wife has also got interested due to fantasy and it has also made the saturday nights fun.

On the menu tonight will be donuts for breakfast to pay hommage, with a little pancakes.

Leftovers for lunch,

Wings and beer for dinner lmao.

Original plan was hang out be lazy and bbq something. Then our daughter called and wants to go to Otay Mesa and give their Jeeps a rundown before Ocotillo the following weekend. New plan is go to SD and bomb around with them in the Yota. Then drive home and walk to La Siesta for some chicken enchiladas rancheros, grande cervezas and maybe a shot of 1942, then walk/stumble home and start watching it around 8 ish so I have room to FF through the commercials. Edit: High probability that "Walk" will be replaced with "Uber"

Hitting BJs in Anaheim hills on the way to the stadium. Probably order a big ass pizza so I have extras to eat in the parking lot. Bummed that our regular spot Hooters right next to the stadium didn’t make it through the pandemic

My wife and I are hosting some friends who babysat my bike while we built our new house last summer, so they’re coming over for the inaugural Supercross party in the golf simulator wing of the basement.

Thinking of having the SX race up on the 9’x14’ projector and have the golf sim on the side TV so we can hit balls at the telecast and get in a few rounds! Also thinking through how to get the Red Wings game on as well….. but that might be too much all at once.

For the menu…. Probably Hooters wings and Margaritas. Oh… and a “healthy” amount of Miller Lite
