I’ve gone full ADD on Titanium. Every nut, bolt, washer, and axle on my build is Titanium, most of it gold flavored from RaceTech. I’ve now gone so far as replacing the caliper pistons, pins, hangers, and bleeder is Titanium.

Our go to is tritip most of the time. Cosco’s seem to be consistently better than any local butcher shop in the Fresno area. Pick a weapon and grill smoke, Bbq or make a pizza on the gozney.

I'm also a tri tip fan. Mostly because I'm cheap and won't pay $30/lb for NY strip. Not a big ribeye fan. Tri tip has tons of flavor and you can fuck with it any way you want cause it's cheap. Another thing that reminds me of my childhood is A1 steak sauce. On certain days, my parents would have steak. My mom had us convinced that ground beef was steak too. We doused that shit with A1 and never knew the diff. Tasted great to me. Tri tip and A1 is awesome. Or just tri tip. Or tri tip...

Agree on the tri-tip being an underrated cut. I get the tri-tip roasts from Costco and cut them into individual steaks, especially when I’m cooking for employees at work (up to 150-160 broken up into different shifts). For those large groups like that, I like to marinate them for about 48 hours in gallon ziplock bags piled in a cooler. I like the Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle a lot but I’ve used this Japanese Barbecue sauce a couple of times with really good results.
