How do you put all that $ into motor work just to finish it off with Hot rods transmission bearings?

Always love it when people advertise “custom paintwork” or “custom graphics”…. It’s like yeah but they are custom FOR YOU.

"Not unlike any complete build you've ever seen"
"Ergonomics designed for a complete race bike"
"Professionally built by a bike builder" (as opposed to a drywaller?)
"Chromed plastics/custom graphics/wrapped plastics"

honestly wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. Ever watched a classic car auction? Guys will spend close to $200k restoring a car, then sell if for $100k because they want to do something different. Happens all the time

The bike builder part killed me. When I list my house I'm gonna say it was professionally built by house builders, see if that important detail brings in some more buyers.

I should have listed my house as "built as a hobby by a team of cobblers and public notaries"

And Tusk foot pegs and shifter.
I hear that people put 10s of thousands into cars and motorcycles and then sell for a loss but I don’t understand it. The guy is in for a long wait or major disappointment on selling price, maybe both.

“Frame off” is a term that should be used exclusively for trucks. It takes an afternoon and a 6 pack to frame a bike.

Before you guys get all high and mighty, I’m pretty sure that bike was built by a 19 year old who has done a few other builds as well. I’m curious how many of you were framing a bike and building it to that level at 19.

No, it's not worth $9k to me or you evidently but maybe it is to someone, my point is everyone just jumps in to shit all over the build and the listing. To me it would be a good idea to encourage younger guys to get into building bikes like this not tear them a new asshole just because the build isn't your style.

Yeah right on, out of frame rebuilt V8 Mack engine 100,000.00 in a Super Liner is a mans world. Frame off is ridiculous when used in any other vehicle or bike. Hot rods trans bearings , come on man. Why not use plastic

Nobody shitting on the kid it's called constructive criticism and don't use hot rod; tusks ,and warp parts and expect a high quality build!
