Yes he did send me photo of a label made with tracking number. Went I went to track package it kept saying the carrier was expecting it but never actually shipped out. Anyone can make a label and just not ship the product.
End result was I never received product and had to file through PayPal for refund. (see screenshots on page 1)
Chris's own posts exposed how much of a scammer he is and were extremely valuable as an FYI for anyone who might have been thinking of doing business with that clown. However looks like all of that information just just gone now.
I understand posting personal information was over the line and agree that post should have been removed, but pulling everything else was also wrong.
Posting the customer's address pretty much says it all about the flake.
Pit Row
ML512 locked the account and GuyB eventually got rid of his posts.
That's usually what happens when people start acting like tool bags.
Should his posts have stayed up? Maybe, but that wasn't up to me. I personally don't see anything wrong with having locked his account. The guy said what he had to say and nothing good was going to come out it. Posting around in circles wasn't going to change anyone's mind about him and his business.
He was made aware of the thread when it was first started and that's when he should've chimed in. Instead he said something along the lines that it was BS and that he didn't need to tell his side of the story because it was just 1 person and anyone can make up stories. How did that turn out for him?
After that more people started posting about experiencing the same problems and more damage was done.
I reached out to him to let him know that he really should tell his side of the story. He brushed it off once again.
He ultimately decided to chime in when it was too late.
When I Google Art For Petrolheads the first result that shows up is the website and right under it is this very thread. The third result is his Instagram page. This "Beware" thread is sandwiched between his two most important source of information.
In the end this thread isn't going away and people are still going to be able to find out how he runs his business.
He's the one that shot himself in the foot.
Kenny is getting scammed
I wish someone could legally / legitimately make art work like that , where everyone wins in the end. The artist for creating it , the rider in the actual art piece and of course a happy customer that would love something like that on their wall.
One was printed with the top half of the picture on the bottom and the bottom half on the top.
Now he's ignoring my emails.
For the longest time I thought he was just incompetent. He's fundamentally dishonest.
I'm only too pleased to give you a quote for an Oils or Acrylic on canvas painting, or pen& ink and marker illustrations.
Likewise I'm saddened that this company appear to have not delivered on so many levels and hope their alleged incompetence and dishonesty don't deter customers from ordering artwork from professional artists.
Rest assured of my utmost attention and service at all times. here's a photo of a recent oils on canvas commission that resulted in more work from this satisfied customer.
Commission from KTM in 2012 to celebrate 12 World titles, presented to Mr Peirer at Christmas party KTM factory Mantigoffen Austria.
