My last 350 was a 2012 SXF, I loved the 350 back then as well. The motor is even better now. I like having fun when I ride/race so the past year I have been racing a KTM 150 and have loved it. I bought a used 2021 KTM 450 to try recently and after one race and a few rides it wasn't for me. It has its place and all the power is incredible, but as far as a joy to ride, it wasn't for me. Its great hearing how many people like the 350s, its cool to have other color options as well now
How are you liking the tank and triple adjuster? And do you moto or trail ride primarily?
I got a 22 gg350 and just did the lucky carts and now the shock needs some love. I trail ride only.
350 with the rekluse is amazing.
The shock can be adjusted to do either moto or offroad and have another set of forks just for off road that I use. The kyb's are moto set up.
I’m sure it was discussed somewhere in this thread but was curious what guys are running for sag and fork height? I tried 103 and 105 with the air fork and am running the forks on the second line..coming off a Suzuki 2stroke I was expecting it to be more stable at speed than it is....was pleasantly surprised with it’s cornering ability though.
Sub could for should and same applies. Pay attention in school kids!
I'm really loving the power and don't even feel the need for map 2. Buttery smooth down low with a nice hit mid/top and endless revs. I rarely shift to 3rd except to settle the bike for larger jumps. Only mods are the two stroke air filter cage, map switch, ProTaper Bars, and renthal diamond grips. Also waiting on acerbis frame guards as the frame paint is starting to wear through with only 3 hrs.
Forks have been good at 150psi and minor rebound/comp changes. I tried 145 and 148psi, but the forks were more harsh. Right now the bottoming resistance is excellent and are decently plush. I went to a 39 N/mm shock and went in rebound a couple clicks. Still dialing in the rear shock. I'm a 145lb wet, C-Novice in PA/NJ.
Thank you to the posters on this thread! You all lead me to a great bike! The overall power is better than my 250, the rear is planted, and I can ride as long as my 125.
Here's my 2020 after a little update. Mostly stock, but i designed a custom set of graphics from Rivalink that merged two of their designs along with the factory shroud graphic. Kind of my take on what the "factory" race bikes couldve looked like if they stuck with a blue/white colorway.
Love the bike though, got back into riding after 15 years and this thing hasn't dissapointed. Up 1 tooth on the rear with a Mika front/rear sprocket for a little more bottom end, dirt tricks CCT, carbon skid plate, & soft/low foam guts seat. The seat made a huge difference in rider comfort. Also love the factory traction control, great for some of the ohio hard pack I always end up riding.
Pit Row
I have tried renthal carmicheal bend, with kawasaki 5mm shim spacer under handlebar clamp model on 16 model ktm 350.
I have tried Mika RC bend on 2021 husky FC350.
I tried Mika MC bend on. 2021 husky 350.
I settled for Mika RC bend bar with 10mm on each side of bar chopped off. On 2022 KTM 350sxf clamps rotated to more forward setup in rear clamp hole.
Also to add, i have owned
kTM: 2016, 2019, 2022
Husqvarna: 2021
I liked my 2019 KTM 350sxf the best.
Run a 4.5 rear spring on all my bikes and 10.9 bar on 22 kTM AER forks.
Power on 22 model seems slightly softer than the 19.

The other option I’ve used is clear grip tape over the number plate graphics. Use the medium grip, heavy grip tears up the inside of your boots. It is a great option and it adds some grip to that area. You have to retape on a semi regular basis but that extra grip is fantastic.

I added several layers of heat tape to the inside of new plastics. It helps with the melting plastic.

I switched from a stock pipe to a FMF pipe and it has a spacer on the front end of the muffler to keep the number plate off the exhaust so if that’s in your future it will help.
Recently I picked up my new 350 gasgas, haven’t ridden so far because off the bad weather over here
Now I’ve witnessed the inner pipe in the stock silencer. This one looks big. Has anyone taken out this pipe? Mostly I’m riding sand track, and I’m a bit to scared it’s gets to hot.
What you guys think of it?
