I hope I'm dead before I have no choice but riding some kitchen appliance.
The better they get, the more I hate them.

Sounds like it has enough battery life to do a SX main. So we need to get Josh on one at A1. And if they won't let him race in the main, at least let him ride practice and see what it can do.

Just a thought but at this price point it’s going to attract a lot of mtb guys who currently ride emtbs. More people in the sport the better

This is the first e bike that has me excited. It actually looks good. If I can get an hour of range at MX speed and it handles as well as my CRF250R, I will buy it.

If you own the new electric F150, you are dialed at the track. Otherwise I’m not looking forward to a ton of generators charging electric bikes.

Feld won’t allow that unless stark pay them more money than the manufacturers will. If I was stark I’d be speaking to feld and luongo right now trying to get this in front of millions of potential customers

Rad.

Forward thinking, fast paced crew with a proven track record and strong funding. Not too bad of a foundation for something like this!

Can't wait

If it takes 1-2 hours to charge there isn't enough time in the current 1 day outdoor mx schedule to get it re-charged between 1st and second moto???
Looks very interesting though. Ben Cobb their communications manager used to work for Alpine Stars.

Damn this looks like the one that will stick. If they walk their talk then the Moto landscape is in for a massive change. Please don’t let this be a Theranos of the moto world 🤣🤣 - their website has been down all morning for me….

Does it come with a Honda 2200 to charge it?

Outside of San Francisco, we just had a letter from the energy supplier giving us the option to pay an extra $5 a month to covert completely to 100% renewable electricity from the livermore windfarm that we drive past to go ride club mx, diablo mx, argyll mx and Carnegie ohv park.

If this bike delivers as advertised, my 450 will be the last one I own by the time it's ready for a top end.

This will crash the massively overpriced mtb E-bike market overnight..

Continuous hand tenting is optional, but certainly preferred.

When the website opens back up, I will be putting a deposit down.

I'm honestly blown away by the stats given and everything they showed in that vid. Seems like a a big leap forward from where Alta was at (which was already a good start for e-MX bikes.) I am for sure looking forward to seeing more info on them, along with some reviews. It's very nice to see what looks to be a very competitive e-MX bike.

If a start up can do this in two years, I’m very curious about what the Japanese OEMs are up to.

I rode a alta and thought it was pretty damn good, this bike looks like it is alot better then the alta in alot of areas. I have 15 acres with neighbors close by, this bike hopefully will allow me to build a legit track without the noise that would shut me down. I love ICE's but this looks pretty legit. Only thing I am curious on is how are they going to distribute it? Dealers or send direct to your house?

Let's hope they stick to a 'direct sales' to customers model.

Having a distributor here in OZ will just add a fair few K to the price, as it did with the Alta, though, I think buggerall of them came here through the distributor, before they ceased production.

Parts, heck, even in these 'covid times' I've been able to get things from Europe in less than a week, without it costing me a motza.

Looks like I might just re-start my 'magic drawer' savings scheme, again.

Though, my hope is this will get the main manufacturers to finally get their real, non foo foo E bikes in production and for sale. I reckon I could get a full day of riding with such a bike as this, with a 'tune' around the level of a healthy 250 /300. Even set as a grunty 200. Anything more is just a waste of time, in the Blue Mountains bush, riding the endless single track, and not being a Fire Road King.

Heck, at that price, even with airfreight, this bike would be barely more exy than most brands top of the line E Bicycles, here in OZ. Check the prices of those things, and you're likely to have hearty!

They look amazing! I will definitely buy one in about 3-4 years once they are more developed and have longer battery life. Won’t hurt my feelings one bit to never change oil filters and top ends.

I'm so proud of this community. We managed to dox the server in sweden.

It looks cool. I might buy it sometime down the road. I'm kinda skeptical that 6kWh is enough for 30 min Moto... But the weight looks good. Isn't 80 hp a bit too much for mere mortal on dirt track? Whistling
