Just sharing a positive shopping experience.

I treated myself to a decal refresh for one of my rides. Ordered on Black Friday, at my door in CANADA within a few short days. Communication was top notch (something that seems to be lacking these days) and the product looks amazing. Blown away with the customer service all around.

That being said, I ordered graphics from another large decal company the same day (because they had something unique for my other ride) and I haven't heard shit from them.

Thank you people at DeCal Works, I will never use anyone else from here on out.

Also shout out to all you MVP's working in the shipping/freight world. Fascinating how fast you can move product around the world.

X2. I ordered graphics from them a couple weeks ago. Communication was great, there was an issue with a logo, I got an e-mail, a text saying this is my personal cell #, save it and call me direct if you have any questions, and the graphics came less than a week later on the day I was told they would. Their website design page works great too. 2 thumbs up here 👍👍

Last time I tried to order from them it was like $70 to ship to Canada. Even with the pulp code it was wayyyy cheaper to go with Era moto.

Also ordered from DeCal Work on black friday, graphics came in on Tuesday.

Quick question, can you guys make numbers with the new style of cutting the back grounds off around the numbers with the exception of a bit of the background color left. Like the Pro circuit kawi team has been doing? I need to order two new sets for our YZ 2 strokes and want them that way. I cut the last couple sets but it would look better if it was factory cut.

Decal Works is an awesome company.

I can admit that I was a "hater" of their products for many years. But i wanted some custom graphics, and at the time, they were the only company I knew of that let you "design" it on their site, so you actually knew what the hell you were buying.

Had a logo I wanted them to use for the main logo, they replicated it perfectly and even sent about 500 free stickers with it. Having them install the graphics is a major win.

Hats off to a company that has been around for a long time and managed to stay relevant.

Next time, order from a Canadian company and save on shipping. Problem solved.

M7 Designs, LimeNine, Twice Production, E-Sticky, Kutvek-Amerika, Ride Industries, etc. All make great products.

150%. Coming from another Canadian guy this company has it dialled. I cannot talk more positive about this company than I already do.

I posted my question for Sean 58 minutes ago. He responded immediately, we talked on the phone, he designed my requests while on the phone, sent me proofs and they are already dialed an ordered. Stoked!!! Thanks Sean!!!

I ordered graphics for a KX100 from DecalMX. They showed up and some had gotten folded up during shipping. I called to let them know and to ask if it would impact the adhesion to the bike. They said they'd be fine, and I was ok with that.

2 days later I received a whole other brand new set, no charge. I hadn't asked for them and they hadn't said anything to me. They just did it.

Good company.

DecalMX is awesome. Sean always takes care of me. I've been using them for years. They also have the best website. So easy to customize and you see the changes. I'm always amazed how fast they get them done and shipped.

Excellent company with great products and first class service. Everything shows up as it was ordered, on time, with excellent communication the whole way. These guys know how to do business right. You may be able to find cheaper, but you won't find better.
