Smoke with my wallet, red pumpkin edition

Edited Date/Time 7/8/2022 2:14pm
After a season of ‘21 350sxf, i decided it wasn’t for me.

So for 2022, back to what i know best,

Gasgas mc250 2022

Have some stuff laying around and also stuff that’s ordered to make it like my 2019 250sx. Will slowly bolt it together before end of the year.

Congrats. The black wheels really make that bike pop. Big improvement in how they look, in my opinion (subjective, I realize.)

Lol that was why I included the disclaimer in my post, because I remember a lot of guys on here who thought the OEM silver wheels were a welcome change from black (or blue) being the new norm. So I may be in the minority here but I just think a nice set of wheels really makes the GG bikes looks awesome. They are a bit bland for me, bone stock. Regardless, they are sweet bikes.

How much does one of those cost in Eu?
250SX is a great value, and a MC250 is even better. My dream bike at the moment.

Thanks guys, looking forward to rideable weather here in holland haha.

If you look it up it costs €9350 with tax, not what i paid but that is what very nice sponsors do.

My wallet likes to melt down titanium, suspension or other expensive parts and inhale those good fumes.

If it wasnt for me keeping a close eye on my wallet it would melt down every part I buy.

Nice bike OP! I have a 250SX and love it!

I was surprised to see at least 3 GasGas 2 strokes at the last ride I went to. Sweet bikes they look bad-ass!

Here’s a nearly finished bike, minus the silencer from hgs, its gonna be a blank cone with carbon tip for me. Also no stickers yet.

- Conevalves
- Xtrig with phds
- New haan wheels with pirelli scoop
- Reiger rear shock with ICS
- Hgs pipe + silencer
- Carbon air intake
- Twin air filter cage
- Domino throttle
- VHM cilinderhead with insert mid/top

Still have to put a ktm/husky gas switch on because the gasgas one will go in and out worse with sand on.

Nice bike! Looks mean with black cone valves. Didnt you have reiger forks as well? I remember someone posted some reiger stuff a while ago.

Did you get the vhm carbon intake? I’ve been thinking about getting the vhm head and intake myself. Have you tried it yet?

I switched my black conevalves (air version) to the silver ones (spring) a year ago and I still think the black looks better!

Yeah those were on my 350, then got conevalves and the 350 is for sale with the reigers.

About the air intake;

I tested one on my 2019 250sx with same motor work done as this gasgas.
First rode with clean filter and twin air cage, then tried the intake with dirty filter and twin air cage, bike was stronger in all rpms and kept pulling, with dirty filter it was way better then clean filter and no intake.

This made me buy one the next day.

How do you like the VHM Cylinder Head ?
I“m Not sure for my TC 300 to cut the OEM Head or go with the VHM

Cool!

Ive been thinking about it for a while now. Might go for both head and intake.

Hope you guys in Holland are alright with covid!
12/18/2021 11:49am
We’re not fine with covid, noone is i guess haha

But aparently we’re an outside sport so training is allowed from 5 am to 5 pm.

Also i love the vhm parts, it’s always better then stock as apparently it cools better and you can do so much with 5 different inserts for the head.
