I was a little disappointed he wasn’t able to avoid the crash caused by the downed rider in front of him. I can’t believe you could win anything in gncc without that skill.
He is most likely the greatest East coast off-road racer ever. Great guy too.

I think so too! 31 and out there getting it done. Much older than Dungey and he's out there! Just shows how much more love for the sport he has than most. Still young enough for the Navy Seals.

Caselli didn't do well when he tried it on the East coast. And Kailub only did ok out west when he gave it a shot.
I’m aware they are vastly different. I’ve raced in 22 different states in all 3 time zones of the continental US.

I took it more as East Coast snobbery. Folks out there love to think their version of off road is superior for some reason.

Most the same folks have never done any racing on the West Coast and are clueless to what off road racing is actually like out here.

Doing good? He got 13th overall and a 6th in moto 1 in 2018 on 450. Now in the 250s he's top 20 2/6 motos.

Not bashing the guy but there's a lot of privateers doing better than him without factory equipment and training at the baker factory.

His last moto he was 16 th. How did the next big thing Levi Kitchen do in his last moto? Baker Factory? Maybe that's not the place to be.

Kalib broke his jaw 1 week before the season started. So he is 3 months behind in training and testing.

13th OA in a mudder! If and when we get a mudder this yr compare his results then. The 450 class he raced in 2018 wasn't very deep back then either. Niccoletti got a 3rd OA at that same Unadilla race. What's he been finishing this yr 15-20th?

Not superior, just different and sometimes requiring a different skill set. I’d suck in fast desert stuff.

The best part about forums/social media. It gives people a platform to voice their opinions. The worst thing about forums/social media. It gives people an opportunity to voice opinions, that should never have been heard.

I suppose I've put myself in a prime position. Will a factory bike, make a good rider better? Not enough to make a huge difference, in results. I'm a firm believer, that this sport is 80% human, 20% bike.

You, the people. (most anyways) Have put un-realistic expectations on this venture for me. Once again I will say. KTM (and my off-road career) has afforded me the opportunity, to live out a child hood dream. This summer will be my final months racing, as a professional racer. Take it as you will. Expectations never fulfilled, or a kid with a dream, that's livin' life. Either way, I'm out there giving it my best.

KR-I have raced gnccs. I have no clue how you go that fast, let alone for 3 hrs.. also it seems like people easily forget how fast you have to be to score a single national point. Go hammer and have fun🔥💪
