I'm 50yrs old and climb our stairwell like an 80 yr old would.
My medical has approved me for the Pfizer Vaccine but I need wait out 10 days post having the Covid.
Im left with Kidney issues which will be professionally diagnosed this week.
South Africa has the Delta varient of Covid which will be explained to me in more detail but from what I gather are that all known vaccines are no longer as effective as designed to be. They ( the specialists) are mooting a booster now which all will receive after two Vaccines.
I happy to be here...I honestly thought I was done, fortunately I have always been in somewhat good health. I see it as bonus to have lost all the excess weight...my pants literally fall off my arse. So ill be eating healthier and looking after myself better.
My daughter is well, my wife is fighting through the final stages but the prognosis is good.
Anyone who believes this Virus is a sack of shit is wrong.
I have 5 friends who, sadly, never made it.

No matter what in all of this, the #1 take away for every single person on the planet should be that regardless of opinions on vaccines etc., we all need to have healthy immune systems as the #1 defense mechanism. That means, regular exercising, eating right, staying in shape, and taking vitamins and minerals to boost a healthy immune system. There are many benefits of having a strong immune system beyond defending against Covid variants. My hope it that people make lifestyle changes to be in better overall health.
We're all pulling for you and your family to get through this and get back to 100% normal health. Hang in there. We got through it in our house and you will too. All the best.
