I love how these mid level guys like Hill and Baggett pull the Stew method of retirement, instead of announcing it like normal racers that respect their fans.

I'm quite sure that Blake would race IF the right offer came along. Other-wise, why would he bother? He's one of the VERY FEW that have won a SX in the last few years (Glendale 2019).

As far as Blake "going public"? I don't know if he has/had anything to gain from that and he probably has plenty to lose. Remember, he "RETIRED"...that was the official story. Was it just his way of getting out of his current contract (at that time)? Or did he really retire because he was -really- done?

Remember when riders would put out press releases? Stew even used to put out letters to his fans on his website. Easy way to end the speculation.

All of this is in Blake’s court. He could come out and say “I had a legal issue I can’t talk about, I’m training to get ready for next year” or “I had a legal issue, and this time at home has made me want to call it a career”.

Either way, what him and hill have done says to me, “screw this sport and screw you for liking it/me. Later, losers”.

You comparing Hill to Blake is laughable….he owes you nothing or anybody else for that matter…he can’t talk about the settlement…can’t understand people that think they are entitled to the point that a rider owes them anything…

I think BB would be a good fit on the factory KTM. I don't have anything against MM, but he really hasn't been performing at a level to warrant keeping his ride. If BB can get back on pace, KTM would have one specialist for supercross , and one for outdoor.

Here's an idea...

Write a press release for BB4, just make it up

You cannot mention the team, any sponsors, KTM, the KTM Factory team, the RMATV team owner, management or it's employees. You cannot discuss any of the past with the team or the reason for your departure.
