Deegan had faster laps than Hunter on laps 10, 14, 15, and 17. Haiden had faster laps than Jett on laps 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 17. It's crazy that just a few short years ago he was the fastest guy on the track by a sizable margin. He was always so silky smooth until he catastrophically wasn't. Sucks that injuries likely robbed this guy of a longer career.

Great starts and not throwing away points is a pretty good skill set for a racer. If you’re self destructing, you’re not faster than the guy who is putting together a solid race. The guy knows how to race. If the top guys are so embarrassed by him then they should keep themselves off the ground and beat him.
