JMart should be the man this series. A star bike and no DF14 on the gate.

Otherwise the Geico Honda wasn’t that bad at all...Wink

Thrasher is going to surprise everyone and finish on the podium occasionally

IMO this is the big 5. If anyone other then one of these guys wins the title id be shocked. Cooper has always been very fast when heathy, Hunter has shown increased consistency, J Mart is back on the bike to beat, Jett is generational talent and the biggest young gun in the sport today and Forkner was a huge talent himself before injuries and is hungry.

I can’t see how hunter can’t be higher up - it’s like everyone forgets about his MXoN rides.

I have Forkner for the championship. I think he is the fastest guy in the class. His problem is staying healthy and upright. But that is an issue for more than a few of these lads.

I think Nichols will be a contender for the #1 plate as well. He is fast and hungry.

J-Mart and J-Cooper I think would have to be the favorites. They both have shown speed and consistency and the combo of these traits is what wins championships. The rest of the guys on the list have shown speed but not consistency. Lets see how it plays out. Can't wait for the racing to start.

I would just like to see Forkner put in 24 motos of consistent racing and see where he ends up. He has to learn how to manage his emotions and race with his head, and finishing a full outdoor series would go a long way to improving that. If he ends up winning a title, then great.

After what he did on an outdoorsey SX track in ATL, I think Thrasher may surprise some people.

If you have a problem with people discussing their predictions on a season that's about to start then are you a fan of the sport? This type of topic is literally what discussion boards are made for.

Jett, Hunter, Justin are fast guys. But it is Jeremy's championship to lose. Mark my words he is gonna be on it.

I'm just rooting for KR557 to do well. One of the more stacked fields this year, hoping he can do top 15 somewhat consistently.

He's riding, but he said in a video a while back that he knows that he'll need surgery on his shoulder.

One bad fall and I think he might have to pull out of the series to get it fixed in time for SX.

Levi kitchen needs to move up. I would be surprised and disappointed if he didn’t.
Doing Loretta's and wants to move up after. Might do some nationals before Loretta's as well.

Is he even going to be out there this year? I thought he hurt himself pretty good a month or so ago?

I would agree on that for certain. He needs to grow up mentally, he has the speed to win. He just needs to stop pissing around with the other guys and focus on staying upright every weekend.

I agree. That said, the new rule introduced last year allows it, so he might as well use it.

Only in his rookie season (2016). In 2018 he made it through the season but had a lot of dnfs. Maybe we will see some kind of magic resurgence and he comes out swinging like AC 2 years ago, I doubt it tho. Much safer to bet on the Star/Honda guys.

JMart was absolutely flying in the last troll vid. It's going to be quite a series. I also think Hunter and Jett are going to be right there. I am just as stoked for 250 as I am 450.

Hunter is one of the favourites in my mind.

The real question is, how is Jett higher than Justin Cooper? Jett has 1 podium/win in his outdoor career.
I think people are reading into Supercross a bit too much with Jett.
Last year was a good consistent year for him outdoors so I do expect him to take another step forward.
Cooper only has 1 win too doesn’t he??
Does Marchbanks ride outdoors??
Forkner- last season 2018- who beat him then? Plessinger, Osborne, Martin, AC and Ferrandis? I think he’ll be up front, could take a few rounds though.

I made a little toy to create a "wisdom of crowds" for this question.

If you feel inclined, you can go here to contribute. You will be given a choice of two riders. Pick which one you think will have a better year, and he'll move up the rankings:
