10pm Main events? (East coast viewers)

It makes no sense to me why they have day time races on the east coast (which probably start too early for people on the west) and night races on the west! if they want viewers putting a race starting at 10pm isn’t helping? You would think the grand finale would be on a prime time slot.

Agree with this. Most of us ride on saturdays, trying to stay up that late is rough.

I watch the gate drop, see a few laps then always wake up to someone whining on the podium.

Step 1. Record the race.

Step 2. Stay off social media and Vital day of race.

Step 3. Enjoy your Saturday and Saturday night however you please.

Step 4. Watch the race Sunday morning , fast forward through all of the stupid commercials, heat races, watch the LCQ carnage, FF through McGraths science of super cross (sorry Jeremy) , watch the mains.

Step 5. Prepare for an even harder summer of finding the nationals on TV or your smart device.

Yeah almost all the west coast rounds start at 7PM Pacific. Not sure why this is such a shocker?

Yea, and as an early riser for work I've hated every minute of it. Afternoon/evening races have been awesome the past year for me. Can always watch the next morning, but where's the fun in not watching live?

Pretty much every round this year has been in east coast time zone, actually they all have been i think. So it's a bit of a bummer it's so late now for the season finale. (i watched all from EU but will skip tonight likely due to it starting at 4 am)

But i guess this round is the furthest round west geographically we had this year so it does make sense.

This is my biggest complaint about the west coast races. Why not bump them up by two hours?? Not everyone wants to/can stay up until 1am to watch the races.

I ran errands and went for a run this morning thinking quilifying was on at 1. Not thrilled either with the 10pm start but sure beats the week delay on espn2 and setting up the vhs lol

I watch very few races if any live. In fact i would prefer a properly edited broadcast the following day.

I’m usually stoked when it’s the beginning of the season regardless of time, but after being spoiled all season, this one is like showing up to the track after not riding all winter.

The main problem is that I crack open the first cold one at 5EST. So by the time a 10PM race starts, and Ricky starts throwing around some epic Ricky-isms, I'm already three sheets to the wind, and it only gets worse from there Dizzy
