I've always liked Barcia for his aggression and gutsy riding, but his road blocking shit is going too far for my tastes. Especially since he threw such a bitch fit last year when Tomac just gave him a little bump in a corner. Barcia can be the biggest crybaby around if someone roughs him up. I understand protecting the insides and "riding a wide bike", but criss crossing to the outside in rithym lanes and doing what he did on the wall jump is just dirty b.s. to hold up a faster rider. Maybe it's legal and "a part of racing", but i think you can take it to the point where it's just lame bullshit that fucks up the racing action. Webb had found some good lines and was on pace to catch Anderson. He was way faster than Barcia at that point. That might have been a good battle to see that we didnt get to see. Just like last year at San Diego when he road blocked Tomac so long. Tomac was on pace to catch the leaders, battle for a win, and make the race more exciting, but Barcia held him up so long he couldn't catch AC, Webb, or Baggett. Tomac ultimatly got by and gapped Barcia big time, so Barcia gained nothing and just fucked up the race to an extent.
Again...I'm good with aggression and defensive riding, but not full blown road blocking and crying like a bitch when someone just bumps you out of the way in a turn like Tomac did to him in Atlanta last year.

I saw nothing wrong with how barcia rode tonight, he wanted to keep his position and he did. Hes exciting to watch, granted he can pull some shitty moves every now and then but tonight was a good race. cooper knew who he was about to tangle with, cooper was on the losing end of the stick tonight.

why would he just roll over and let webb past??
Compare it to your job, if someone came into your place of work and said right im taking your job, you can now have my much lower paid job would you just take that and not fight it??

I also dont get that people basically thinks that all the other riders should roll over and just let Webb pass just because those riders are out of the title chase.

If you want to be a champion you should have to work for it and earn it, but some people in here seems to think that as soon as you have a big points gap the other competitors should let you win and not race you..

Webb fan here and I don't feel like Barcia did anything wrong there. It's his job to make it difficult for the rider behind him to pass.

Webb started this race in second place and went backwards. Or are we just memory-holing that inconvenient fact? Webb did this to himself by not having the pace for the first ten-twelve minutes of the race.

Racing is about making passes happen unfortunately Webb couldn’t get it done

Funny to see the amount of people that think Barcia should have just kept taking his same old lines and and surrender the position to Webb

Seem to recently remember Webb taking Roczen to the edge of the track. Did he not?
Is Webb the only one that can have “race craft”? What’s different? Wierd observations and comments of what actually went down during the “race”

And meanwhile, roczen is clean as fuck. Rarely seen a rider so clean when playing for the win and the championship.
Yesterday He literally had Webb just outside of him in a large corner and he kept his line, not even try to afraid Webb or running wide.

To be honest I was frustrated and was screaming 'kill this fucker' at loud at the TV. But kuddos to him to be classier than me xD.

Next i was on up on my couch screaming at barcia where the little fucker was going to pass him, for barcia to block him. Jeez barcia expected all my expectation ahaha. Really this guy have huge racecraft to be able to know where you opponent his evertytime...

The push to the right in the toughblock in the triple triple section was impressive and really ballsy.
