Crashed on the triple into the last bowl turn. Looked like he hit his head. Walked off though

It happened right in front of me. Yes, he crashed on the triple, but the brunt of it happened when he got slammed by AC when he landed. Looked brutal.

Too short or too long? He was on a different rhythm, looked like he OJ'd tripling, I doubt he was trying to quad into the turn.

Either way, hope he is not injured.

I think he was. Anyway, to short or too long, let's agree he didn't land in the right spot.
Wink
Glad he's okay in the end.

7th bike. Was going 3-3-1 and OJ'd or went for the 3-4 but wasn't able to Stew-it. I'm not sure I remember seeing anyone going 3 out of the corner. It was usually 2-2-3 or 2-3-2.

DV, tell your boy that winning supercross needs killer instinct and being a vegan isn’t helping.

Jokes aside, Mookie is performing well on the blue bike, so I don’t think thats the issue. Dylan rides on the ragged edge and any 450 is gonna be hard to tame for a dude like that. He’ll get better.

I could be wrong, but I thought I heard on Pulp that KTM wanted him and he turned them down because Yamaha offered him a better deal.

Not true. The only one offer he had outside Star Racing was TLD Gas Gas.
And he declined it because he prefered stability. Nothing to do with money.

That sucks he dnfd for the standings, I am really glad he is ok.

I guess he went for the podium or even the win so props to him. If the 3-4 would have worked, he would have been able to make a charge near the lead ; in the video you can see he was gaining a couple bike lengh, that is big in today's field.

I wasn’t sure which color it was, but I was correct in recalling that he had an offer from a KTM brand. I have a hard time believing that he was worried about the stability of a team that is controlled by KTM and is racing a factory KTM 450 with red plastic this year. The KTM family of brands has certainly done a bit more winning in the 450 class in the past decade than Yamaha has.

Stability with his team (Star Racing) and the people who is working with him for more than four years now.
I wasnt talking about anything else.

Still, from what I remember, moneywise, the Gas Gas offer was said to be in the lower range.
