Ummmmm.....he did slow down and according to the AMA (the decision makers here) he did everything he needed to do within the rulebook and unlike AV above I don't have an agenda....now if you have a problem with the rulebook and how the rules were enforced then your issue is with the AMA and not the Deegan's....

Is it a good move ? No. Does it deserve a 10 page public rant with multiple false allegation ? No.

Will he win a title ? God knows, it may be 25% yes, 75% no. So many factors. But just let us enjoy having some exposure on the amateur racing, at a level we have never seen before, and let the players capitalize on it to sign good rides later on. Bringing one down brings everybody down.

If you are frustated on a kid, get a life.

The kid seems like a punk, honestly. He's a rockstar in his own head, and honestly, I feel bad for him. My boy wanted to stop playing basketball recently. Was nervous as hell and said "Dad, it's just not in my heart anymore". Can you imagine the pressure this kid feels? His entire life is already mapped out for him and he has no say in the matter.

Calm down there bud, we are talking about a racing incident at an amateur event. If you watch the YouTube video there is clearly a boulder that shoots from his wheel. Regardless, at the end of the day the AMA makes the rules and they enforce the rules. No penalty given to Deegan after watching multiple sources of footage says he acted appropriately.

Oh yeah, also... one day this kid will go pro. It is his destiny. We will (hopefully) all be here watching it all unfold. We'll remember these early days and tell people "I remember when Danger Guy used to be called..." and so forth.

He might be the fastest thing in the 250 class; maybe he'll arrive with a bang and take charge of west coast supercross or something. Maybe he won't, but either way I think he'll be up there. It's interesting to watch "the next generation" grow up, and one day we'll look back and wonder how time flew by so fast.
