Sometimes mine screws up. When it does, I just delete it and download it again and that fixes it.

More blaming the app for your inadequate internet and/or devices. I have had it since it was first offered and NEVER had an issue except on shit hotel wifi.

Its easier to balme then their inadequate equipment. 1st off maybe update your router firmware more then once a year.

Phone is pretty reliable but the website shits the bed regularly. I personally have never used such an unreliable streaming service. Not once have I ever had Netflix, Hulu, HBO or any other streaming service crap out like NBC sports gold. Never not once.

Anybody else have issues with screen jitter when streaming from NBC Sports Gold? I have a new QLED TV, plenty of speed from my ISP, but whenever I try to watch racing via either the TV browser, casting from my phone or laptop, or even the Xbox one browser, I get a lot of jitter on the screen. I can stream anything else without issues, even 4K, but for whatever reason, racing looks like crap. Still images are clear as can be, but movement it struggles with. If it is on my DVR, no problems, just streaming.

I watch on iOS, Amazon fire stick and Apple TV.

The only compliant I have is on Apple TV you can’t fast- forward or rewind.

But other than that the picture quality and sound has always been perfect, I’ve had the gold package for four or five years now I think.

I do have 1gb down from my ISP, so that may be why things are so smooth.

So i have the motocross gold package. I have a cheap Roku TV and it steams the races on the NBC sports app perfectly. I just bought a new Samsung Q70t and after downloading the NBC sports app it won’t even show the motocross package. After clicking on the Pro Moto cross button it reads “ check back soon or select a different sport to view content“. I can click on the supercross button and watch replays of all races that are part of the gold package i also have but won’t even show the motocross?? I can even go on the browser on my Samsung TV and login to the website and watch the pro motocross races, but it randomly freezes and stops after a couple minutes every time. I’m so confused and lost idk what to do here

I've never had an issue not related to my own internet, outside of a few seconds of a glitch a couple times a season. Had the gold pass since they offered it, they couldn't take my money fast enough. Won't pay for cable that I won't watch but hell yes I'll pay for commercial free races on demand. Only complaint is I can't rewind or start a race late on the app.

Same here. Sometimes you are not logged in when you think you are, but also user error. Its been great since day 1
