I've seen these clowns at our local track a few times. One guy decided after I passed him to try to run it in on me in the next corner. Of course the difference here was I was riding my ATV and simply drove over and destroyed his front wheel.

Reading some of the comments on the petition, it seems like this guy has caused a multitude of serious injuries. I can't imagine going to a local track, having some asshole take me out and having to pay thousands and thousands in medical bills when all I wanted to do was ride my dirtbike. I'd want that guy gone, the black flag exists for a reason, if you're not going to ride like a normal human being with proper brain function you shouldn't be on the track.

The video shows him going well off the normal inside line to hit the guy and break his leg, if this is the kind of thing he's doing on a regular basis its time for him to go.

This guy appears to be an ongoing problem and that he knows it and even enjoys it.
Hard riding is OK, but constant take out stuff at the local level is not.

"Talking to him" seems futile.

Whatever it takes to get him gone, whether public pressure, banned by the promoters,
legal maneuvering, sponsors being made aware, a beat down, unleashing angry hornets is a valid move.

Fuck him.

Being aggressive is one thing and taking a guy out in a corner because you are both racing hard and going for the same line is most times ok but just running into a rider for no good reason is not good at all. This all starts with his parents teaching their kid to be an asshole. There are ways to take care of people like that without anyone knowing anything.

my younger brother has had multiple run ins with this guy in the past. my brother, who no longer races but was once a very fast local/ qualified for AMA Nationals/ ran top 10 in Canada...level rider, would have this guy covered speed wise at most local tracks. When the speeds were similar or whatever the factor, this guy would always try something dirty ie: takeout, cutting track, etc. Most of the time, his antics did not work but man he would try. To the point where I asked his dad, if he was proud that his local hero son, was such a dirty rider. Dad was not much better so its a "plant corn-get corn" scenario. I do not know one local A racer from upstate NY that likes or respects this guy. He will get his eventually is the way I look at it. Its too much of a risk unlike some of the Billy badasses on here that are saying just punch him. Not worth it these days. The dudes a joke. Not nearly as good as he thinks he is and IMO, track owners need to start denying him entry unless he changes drastically....but that will not happen.

To get the local track/promoter to ban this guy- All the riders need to band together and not sign up to race, unless he is denied entry. This would fix the problem real fast...

A good old fashioned boycott ...

During a cross country race, I was on 125s, and we got stopped by a pack of 200s trying to get up a super slick small creek crossing.

I decided to stay back to get a run once there was an opening instead of trying from the bottom on a tiddler.

This mid pack dill hole came plowing through those of us who decided to do this, and he ended up in the creek, waiting for the 200s th try to get up the bank.

He hit my left hand so hard, I could barely feel my grip.

I wound it up to what ever RPM it would do, clicked 2nd, and smoked that little bastard from about 10 yards.
Knocked him into the water, and parked on his front wheel. I think I mentioned something in my sweetest Texas accent that if he touched me he would never see his mom again or something.

Had a helluva time getting up that bank with no run at it, but I guarantee he knew to stay the hell away from the 228.
