That’s Gus McCrae on the left. He’s a two year old Red Heeler/ Border Collie X. Deaf as a tick, but super intelligent. On the right is Shunka. She’s a 4 year old Minnie Aussie/Blue Heeler X.

Hmm, he only had two beers left to survive on. Are the missing beers why he was trapped underneath? A Cowboy would have been on a horse, not a four wheeler, but I’ll digress because we’ve had this discussion.

The Red Heeler is the Dingo coming out. Blues are a lot more common. They’re awesome pets, fearless friends. I miss my Gus so much. I’ll get another, it’s just too soon.
