Just when i thought “captain covid” (inslee) couldn’t get any more irrational or illogical... he goes and proves me wrong... again. He issued an update that mx facilities as well as OHV parks (as well as numerous other outdoor activities) are now no longer allowed to operate in phase 2 of washington’s literally impossible to achieve covid program. Better yet, the out of touch governor decided that bowling alleys and museums are ok within phase 2. What in the actual hell is going on? Its ok to participate at indoor activities but go to an outdoor facility like an OHV park and never come within 100s or maybe 1000s of feet with another soul and that is NOT ok? I really do believe that he no longer possesses the ability to think logically. This is the same bastard who claimed 3 days in that he had no idea about CHOP taking over a section of his state’s largest city.
On a side note... his choice in face masks always makes him look like he is wearing children’s panties on his face.

It almost sounds like you can ride, but that “ spectators, camping, races, and events are not allowed“. The grammar in the update is horrible, so it’s hard to tell. If you read the whole document it sounds like a track could still be open for practice, but couldn’t hold an ‘event’.
Same with OHV trails.
I wish that they would clean up the word salad on the update, because it definitely isn’t clear.
I am currently watching 3 friends lose everything because that asshole thinks their line of work is not essential. Never mind the fact that their businesses are 10 times cleaner and more safe than the local walmarts or home depots.
It sounds like they are still allowed to be open, but no spectators, camping, etc besides immediate family. Technically I guess that means you couldn’t travel to the practice track with a group of buddies, but I’m not sure if you’d need to provide a birth certificate to prove you are all brothers or not.....
It says mx ohv facilities AND non spectator sports are not allowed. Everything at the top of the first page in bold is not allowed... those are the changes... everything under it is dated from 5/20 and what was originally allowed.
But yeah.... so confusing
But it is worded so terribly that I actually think the KHQ site misinterpreted it.
Hopefully.
A buddy of mine just closed his plumbing shop in Vancouver Wa.
Builders quit paying him, shut their doors after filing bankruptcy and reopened under new names. Shady.

I don’t know if a track just being open for a practice day would be considered an event? But surely something like Devols Top Gun coming up Labor Day weekend is an event....
Let's just say , I'm sick of it too.
I'm pulling the old RM out of the basement and gonna check out a new track on Whidby Island.. (not Ross's)
anyone been there, ??
Huge respect for him standing up for what’s right and for bringing the hypocrisy of Inslee and his piss-ant AG to the forefront.
Ya'll just remember Idaho is full of grizzly bears, wolves, neo-nazis and rednecks. No need to come here, we got our own problems to deal with. Montana is a much nicer place.
I noticed you got down-voted for stating the obvious. Isn’t the “common narrative” wonderful?
