What is the Best Muscle Recovery Product

And joint - knee, shoulder, etc product. All into one if possible. I take glucosamine sulfate, msm, xtend muscle recovery power. And drink chocolate Milk, that used to work. GNC men’s collagen, supposed to help tendons, ligaments. Diclofenac sodium topical gel, rub that on my archlys tendon and ankle. That is throbbing, I can barely get to sleep.

Choc milk - as you mentioned - also:

Inversion table, a few cones before bed and an electric adjustable bed - so you can raise your feet etc..Thats my jam anyway - and works for most of the body parts somehow attached to the spine in a round about way

SARMS, Rad 140, MK2866, MK677, GW501516 etc. Yes I know, technically 2 of them aren't SARMS.

PowerDot is a great tool for muscle recovery, massage gun or foam roller. You can use all before and after. Along with a ton of water And 8-10 hours of sleep, it can dramatically change your recovery.

Ok Thanks guys. I will have to google these items. Since I never heard of them, except for whey protein.

Ice bath for 15 min. Few hours before bed. No joke. You'll sleep like a baby.

"I can barely get to sleep."

That's one of your problem. Try not to have any caffeine or nicotine for at least 3 hours before going to bed. Get plenty of rest.

MSM...very good! I would highly recommend adding vitamin C and CBD to that list....and for race day nuts and really most everything, I would also recommend hammernutrition.com

Not sure if you guys have heard or used WHOOP. It’s a fitness tracker that has 100% changed my sleep and recovery. They just added motocross to an activity. It’s a band you wear 24/7. I haven’t taken mine off in almost a year. Their model is subscription based for the data. Worth checking out. Here’s some screen shots from the app

Limiting sugar and alcohol can't help with joint pain.
CBD oil can definitely help with joints as well.

**don't eliminate alcohol, that would be really stupid. Beer is a big part of my recovery program.

Is this for recovery from an injury or recovery from a workout? Sounds like you have an injury.

Yup

And I know it works for you...as witnessed while you were whooping my ass all around the main-track @ Glen Helen, yesterday.

I noticed ya didn't tell them about your super-secret CBD stuff...?

Never heard of this but I’m seriously interested in Whoop. You pretty happy with their program? I normally track through a polar m400 for heart rate and calories and sleep.
