GNC men’s collagen, supposed to help tendons, ligaments. Diclofenac sodium topical gel, rub that on my archlys tendon and ankle. That is throbbing, I can barely get to sleep.
Inversion table, a few cones before bed and an electric adjustable bed - so you can raise your feet etc..Thats my jam anyway - and works for most of the body parts somehow attached to the spine in a round about way
