Not a matter of people ignoring or discounting the problem. We know it’s a problem...but panic and hysteria cause health systems to be overrun. I think we got a good reel on this. President is updating the public daily, updating social media daily with good hygiene reminders, injecting stimulus to curtail the economy from imploding.
I think we are gonna be fine. Just gotta get through this next few weeks.
The biggest problem(in my area) is people stealing supplies, patients/families, perhaps some healthcare employees (walking out with stuff). The stuff is disappearing. This does nothing but feed hysteria fire and really puts a strain on the system that might already get a huge hit in the coming weeks. We have supplies under lock and key. It shouldn't be like this. We usually stock rooms, now really having to lock everything up all the time and keep supplies centrally stored and accounted for.
Anyone believing a single syllable from these idiots needs their head examined, not yet another jab.
Doesn’t appear to be life threatening for any of them at this point, but they are getting their asses kicked pretty hard over the past several days.
Also, not sure on the variant, but seems very contagious.

Here's a chart of non-Covid deaths / 100,000 people broken down by number of shots and it's also age standardized so it takes out age as a factor.
Unvaccinated: 795 non-Covid deaths
3 shots: 2056 non-Covid deaths.
A 2.58X increase. I think this confirms the signal we've seen in the VAERS data.
They will create any crisis so long as it is the lead story over inflation and all of the other Biden failures. They don't have 1 single positive thing to promote, so crisis distraction is the only tool left.
