Someone here mentioned maybe two years ago, right before Zacho moved to 450 full time that he didn't see his riding style would suit well the 450 machine, specially is SX. I thought it was a spot on observation. Each year he's been on the premier class he got injured training Supercross.

Wishing a speedy recovery for Zach and I hope he will be ready for the outdoor season.

I like outdoors way more than SX but people get hurt riding outdoors too, should the riders avoid motocross as well?

I think a lot of his issues stem from his height, or lack thereof. He just looks so small on the bike, must be hard to weight the bike properly when you're so limited to how far you can move your weight forwards and backwards. He always seems to sit really far back whilst leaning all the way forwards too, it just looks wrong. He obviously made it work on the 250 but the 450 is a different beast altogether.

It’s just an easy way for people who don’t like SX to shit on it. Supercross is definitely more dangerous than outdoors but not nearly as much as some make it seem, at least in my opinion.

Not so sure about that. Both Zach and Carmichael are 5'6". JS7 is 5'7", McGrath is 5'8". Many SX/MX racers that have had successful careers are short.

I dont think webb is much taller than osbourne either and he did pretty good last year too.
