Still looking for a turn key racetrack facility or home with a really nice one that I can turn into a business.
Still recovering from my injuries and wont be riding for a while but its in my blood and supercars no longer do it for me so back to the bikes....

Have $$$ for significant amount down but would like to owner finance the rest at agreeable terms. Excellent credit history and road racetrack management and pro racing background.


Anywhere in country even California.

There is a track called gtr complex near Columbia sc you might want to check into. The track has switched management and/or owners a few times over past few years, and here lately the current people running it have had a few “incedents” here lately. Really cool place and I belive has a lot of potential. From what I have gathered just been mismanaged and run poorly since Donnie (moto vated) left.

There's one in WA state south of Seattle but it's overpriced and will take a lot of work to bring it back. Plus 6 months of the year here you really can't prep for moto. Too cold and wet.

Indiana has Mustange Sally's a super cool mid sized sand track. They need somone to run it. Has tons of potential. The guy that was trying to bring it back this year did a great job. But this year being so much rain waiting to rebuild it to start the season and so many closed days because of rain. Just wasn't willing to take the chance on another bad year of rain. If somone has the time and money to get this place going for 3 years it can turn a profit. Plus it's all set for next year.

Florida tracks and trails recently went under,its a large property with multiple mx tracks and a large trail system.The owner died and his daughter couldn’t keep it going..

Thanks for the leads, looking for a place that won't be considered seasonal due to weather. Not sure how many guys and kids would show up when its 40* out and the ground is till'd but like riding on rocks

Woodland is racing today. 41 degrees, windy, some light snow in the area. They will have a decent turnout too. I bet it was fun doing track prep this morning. PNW moto riders are hardcore and will; ride in damn near anything.

I grew up outside of Harrisburg, PA. Nothing was open October till April. Sucked. If I was buying land for a track it will be VA or south where you can at least ride 8-10 months a year.

I will second that. The PNW puts out the best mud riders around for a reason. I used to pray for rain at Am Nationals lol

Also, Nacona MX is an awesome place, I got the chance to ride there a few times in 08 when I spent the winter in Texas training.

Riding is possible year round in Houston-area. And the current dirt is very nice when prepped.

The ruts at freedom Mx are top notch as well. Being 1 of only 3 tracks open consistently in the surrounding area , freedom has a great customer appreciation.

I didn’t even realize that place was still around. We used to go there a lot back in 03-04. The jumps seemed huge back then but normal compared to today’s standards now.
