Can you explain the tie down setup? are the bike leaning against the sides and the tiedown holds them against the wall?
I like this setup, the other pic I have seen the tiedown just seems to loop around the bars and attach at the Highpoint on the wall. your setup/tiedown procedure looks more secure.

I used construction adhesive and attached a piece of "salvage matting" (basically 1” think closed cell neoprene) to the wall to rest the bars against. I turn the front wheel facing to the center of the van and run 1 tie down from the inside foot peg to the high point on the wall. When I pull the strap tight I make sure it lifts the bike a small amount, it's very secure, super fast and easy. So far we've logged 15k plus miles toting around bikes this way with zero issues.

Here are a few of my rig - 2007 Ford E350 - short version, Yes It's fricken crammed - but it does the job. Bought it off the electrical contractor I work for. Used it for several trips this year. Red Bud National Weekend, Baja Brawl, High Point. Love this thing - but my next one will be extended.

Just getting started. 2018 Promaster long wheel base. I purchased a cargo mat, that was precut, including d ring cutouts, from autoanything. Gas, acid, oil resistant and really helps with noise. The back seat I purchased from discountvanandtruck.com and it reclines, as well as moving forward and back and into a bed, electrically. Pretty slick. I plan on putting up a real behind the seat and insulation on the walls.

Our Sprinter we had converted at the start of this year by Holab Concepts. 4 berth living quarters with 2 bike garage plus built in generator, large jetwash tanks in either side, toolbox area etc.

I'm rolling one built out for cycling. Love it, runs strong, feels solid when driving and it's not a Mercedes lol. Can be worked on by a mortal and doesn't take a bunch of fancy tools to do so. Not that I've had problems but I know of many that have with the Sprinter.

I looked at one, but no extended wheel base model available and you won't be able to have a back seat and fit full sized bikes. So that was a no go for me. I went with the promaster because it is far more economical than the sprinter and I love mine.

I have that exact same sofa bed in my motovan. I generally like it. It hasn't been the most comfy thing to sleep on but it works. The problem I have is that it has a rattle. Sounds like two washers clanging together. I've taken it out multiple times, flipped it over and can't find anything. It's literally driving me insane one mile at a time. Is there any chance you've had the same problem and solved it? Please say yes...

Post some pictures! - My E350 is a nightmare to work on - NV looks a little more like a truck in the engine bay area. Lol. I think they are cheaper than Pro Masters too. Several people in my area have bought the Pro Master City's for moto haulers. My one buddy went to red bud and back for like $50 in fuel.

My 2008 e350 with quigley 4x4 conversion.i like the extra space having a trailer provides and I’ve used 4wd more than once just to get out of pits at races.

Ours is the one on the left, we love our sprinter but hate it at the same time, we have sank thousands into it and it always has another $1000.00 issue popping up, after you get the last one solved.

really wish it was more reliable,

Unfortunately I had the same problem with my 06. Grant it has 280,000 miles, I’d fix something and the next would break. I Sold it and got a new promaster so I can be confident on driving it far.

My 2017 citroën jumper L3 H2, 2.0l / 160hp. Made the garage and sleeping area separate, also use it to go on vacation with the wife & dog.
Fridge with freezer, solar panel,tv, cooking on gas, 90l watertank. Build not completly finished, also daily driver.
