Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself here, but how are y’all planning on watching the race this weekend? Haven’t seen any details come through yet!

Just bought the weekend pass on mxgp-tv this morning for $30. Couldn't get the payment to work on their mobile site so I had to use my desktop but it's all set up now.

Will it be on TV here in the states? Glad someone started a thread for this because I’ve been looking and wondering as well. Thanks.

MXGP-TV here as well. I pay for the full season plus MXoN. Going to be a crazy Sunday....MXoN plus the World Cycling Championships Men's RR. Both on same day. It's like a parent trying to choose which child he loves more....

Just a bit of advice for those that get the MXDN package just before the event.

Log in and out a few times Before the event. To make sure it's ready to go. Every year I see people freaking out that they've paid, but can't watch. Now, in this World of Technology, you'd think you pay = you get to watch. But, tech seems to throw up obstacles. Or, it's just that the minions in Luongos' employ haven't set your access up, in a timely manner.

Log in and out, a fair few times, if you can, to make sure it's all set up / working as it should. Then, enjoy the Sand Fest! I think the deal may give you access to the GPs prior to the event, as well?

MXGP TV ($30) will be live (4am PST / 7am EST); CBS Sports will be about a 5hr delay (free if you get CBS Sports Network), isn't too painful, if you can just stay off Vital until then)..

It's 2019 my friend... all kinds of ways to watch computer content on your flat screen TV... If you have a fire stick, then you have (or can download) a web browser on it, like FireFox.. If you have a smart TV, it should also have a web browser. If you have a lap top with HDMI output, you can run a HDMI cable from lap top to the TV.

Mxgp-tv, it's ordered but I'm having issues with log in. They're working on it.

So we only have 5hour delay from the actual race? I get the laptop part and considered that since I tried it with my pc and it wasn’t working. I’m just trying to see if I pay that 30 I won’t have issues watching, but if the race is literally only 5 hours difference then I might just wait till it airs

Keep in mind, you're paying $30 to have to wake up at 4am Cali time Laughing the main advantage to me for the $30 pass, is getting to watch the qualifying on Saturday and the other coverage that you won't see on CBS Sports.

Don't forget that if you buy the MXGP TV package you get the 3 qualifying races on the Saturday live too.

Just bought the MXoN weekend, for $14 more you can buy the entire MXGP season if you need something to occupy your time during the off season.

Na I definitely didn’t forget that lol my issue is I work until 5 am and then come home and go to sleep so it’s kind of pointless for me to get unless I stay up and try to watch the race half awake lol

With the package you can watch all the replays at your convenience.

And if your friend missed it, he can watch it “at your place” too! Wink

This question is an annual source of amusement for me, especially when you juxtapose it with all the "experts" who're always telling us that AMA motocross is (magically) so much better than the GPs. (This includes the elite Ironman Deniers and the still-active Redbud Deniers.) These threads always reaffirm that lots of people here have never seen an MXGP race in their lives, because ... wait for it ...

You can watch the MXoN same as you would any other MXGP race on any race weekend. That means MXGP-TV or (in the US) CBS Sports Network. Take your pick.

It seems impossible that people wouldn't know this already, but here we are again.

Could you link to wherever you found a schedule with times? Can't seem to find it on their website. Trying to plan my weekend 😛

You're one sexy dude, wanna kiss?

By the way a question about this years Monster Energy Cup. My Nbc Sports Gold (got the SX+MX package) shows me a one year subscription from December 2018 to December 2019. Do they broadcast the Monster Energy Cup this year live on Nbc Sports Gold aswell? Can't find anything yet. I'm from germany btw, so its not that easy watching nbcsn or whatever the main channel on NA for SX/Monster Cup is. Kinda have to rely on Nbc Sports Gold App.

Anyone know if Emig is in the booth this year? Sorry to be a hater, but he was terrible last year. He keeps going over the basics again and again in a super slow and laboured way. Jeff, we know what a tear-off is already.
