That’s Dylan’s whole point. Marvin has all over the place races but is not considered as inconsistent as Eli. JA also.
We are straying away from Dylan but this is the catch-22 with Tomac. He had those magical 5.7 motos in 2015 where he was absolutely untouchable outdoors. Then he had his crazy run in Supercross in 2017 to close down on Dungey, where he didn't lose a race in the month of March, plus he had the epic come from behinds at Oakland and SLC. Those performances set the bar so, so high that everyone just expects him to win every time he gets on the bike. I get Matthes' point about how other guys like RC, RV, RD did not have the weirdo motos like Tomac, but like Dylan says when Roczen has them he gets a pass. I mean Ken won 20/24 motos in 2016 outdoors, shouldn't he get be questioned about his up and down 2018 and 2019 outdoors?? He's traded on his injuries long enough now, if he can go 1-1 at Unadilla in dominating fashion then he should not be 10th-12th in motos at Southwick and RedBud, right??

i think he brings up good points that is very relevant, they actually point out that it is easy to forget about the bad days Stew, Vilo etc actually had.

I mean, the point he made is basically by statistics, Tomac is not much worse then Stew and Vilo in terms of "bad races". Mattes made it sound like they never had those days, but they did. Maybe for different reasons but it just points out how rare it is that someone is always on the A-game. Maybe RC was one of a kind.

I think Dylan is certifiably insane and that's why I enjoy his calls. His accent is so unique so I love to listen to it. I love how blindly loyal he is to Eli so arguing with him will never result in him changing his mind. I would be sad if Dylan stopped calling.

If we could get more Randy Richardson and less Dylan that would be great........ I thought for sure Dylan would have been on some sort of bender or binge after Budds Creek. But nope! Randy making the joke about his buddy dropping D cell batteries down his seat post to make an E bike was gold though.
