Amazing how unoriginal all these companies are with their designs and genera go to market strategy.

Free advice for anyone thinking of starting a moto apparel company. If you’re going to take a massive risk and start a company in an already saturated market(moto apparel) in a quickly shrinking industry(moto in general), perhaps consider differentiating your product in a major way. You’re not going to beat the incumbents who already enjoy every advantage over you at their own game.

Example/suggestion: How about a MX apparel company that doesn’t force their customers to be walking billboards. Clothing with the designer name prominently displayed was super cool.... in the early 90’s. I honestly think if a company had the fashion sense to design some dope gear and the guts to not incorporate their brand name in 500pt font on the chest, sleeve, pant leg, etc and instead only include something subtle(e.g. on the collar) or not at all, it would fly off the shelves. If you’re going to go down, at least go down giving people a viable alternative instead of playing follow the leader by re-releasing every tired, overplayed design with the only real differentiator being your brand name plastered all over it instead of ___________.

End of rant.

There is a certain gear company from the late 90s that is working on a return. I am not at liberty to discuss anything yet though. Stay tuned. Hope this helps.

Wicked MX looks pretty cool. Don't know about quality. Why not design your own gear on CanvasMX?
Wicked weasel looks way better Woohoo

If you want something different you can look into Strikt gear.

Looks like a straight rip off of seven gear.

The durability of Seven is excellent in my opinion. Holds up to my knee braces better than anything I have used in years.

It’s not gear but it’s a start up Jersey Lettering/Printing company. Check out Viral Moto on Facebook or viral_moto on Instagram to get that gear customized!

Nah bro. Just take your race number and plaster it all over in 500pt font and call it a gear company.

The perception is that gear companies are balling out of control and that inspires others to start-up there own.

Then the realization hits them in the face a few years down the road.

Callus Moto owned by Pros Mitch Cooke and Tyler Medaglia in Canada. They have some really cool looking gear and is becoming a big name in MX wear on the East Coast.

Haven't seen anyone post about Strikt...they certainly have different designs than anyone else.

Get yourself the denim danger! Haha
I saw that, reminded me of the one-off Thor stuff Pastrana wore the night he pulled the first double flip at the X Games years ago. I think it was one-off?? Could be wrong....

THIS!!! 100$ agree!!!

I personally don't wear logos on any of my clothes. I keep it basic with solid color v-neck tees and an occasional TLD hat that I've had for a few years. I reached out to the AM company to see if they could potentially get me a pair of their pants with no logo on it and I wanted to get a Canvas Jersey as well.

There is a YouTuber from North Carolina wearing the AM stuff and I was hoping to come across him at a track sometime so I could see it up close but he's studying abroad in Chile for the next few months.

I found totes of it from 99-02 at my parents place. It's still all like new.. it's a little snug these days, but in working on that.. it's what I plan to wear, but the AM company is very intriguing.

We dont have full gear but we've got some jerseys available and they run neutral to whatever gear you wear. Here we have Bobby Piazza (Fox), the one and only Stankdog (Troy Lee) and Chance Blackburn (Fasthouse) repping Moto XXX. If it's cool enough for them to wear it, it's cool enough for you too!

These and some other shit available at www.motoxxx.com

And for the record...we are NOT an Oneal brand. We are 100% Independent... running grass roots here, with a shit load of roots in this ol MX industry

Also, we have brand new Moto XXX graphics available now through ERA. Check em out
