Ya'll might think it's crazy talk...but I have a gut feeling that Jason Anderson might pull off an OW in Florida. He's been incredibly good so far, especially coming back from the injuries/surgery/recovery he went through. He's got the will to win, that's for sure.

What do you think?

I'll wait and see how he is riding at the end of the second moto with all the heat. Should be a podium guy.

Hard to not give the edge to a Baker’s Factory rider in the Florida heat.... if it gets as bad as they’re saying it could (depending on how much the sun is out), I’ll be legit surprised if either of the 450 red plates can pull it off today. Tomac is fit, but not riding in conditions like these in Colorado that’s for sure. How Kenny keeps it together is TBD

Don’t confuse your gut feeling with your crack pipe. No way Anderson beats Tomac and Kenny today.

I dont think andersson has anything for tomac in the sand.

I dont think anyone has anything for tomac today. Roczen will be a distant 2nd.

Possibly but Roczen normally gets much better starts so it should be interesting.

I wouldn’t say he’s on crack with that statement. Ando was the fastest qualifier, looked sharp last weekend until the very end and Tomac has said he will put himself into reserve mode if he starts to bake in the sun.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Kenny, Eli or Jason walk away with a moto or overall win.

Today it's about conserving energy, don't think Tomac's riding style lends itself to that. I think Roczen will win today.

Tomac gets squeezed out of the turn at the start, gets mired back in the pack...it starts messing with his head...game over. Kenny has a bobble or crash, maybe both..loses his drive, game over. Anderson loves to take advantage of the mistakes of others. It could certainly happen.

Long shot...absolutely, but not out of the realm of possibility.

What great insight, it would probably shock the hell out of the rest of the moto world.

Well considering there are multiple posts in here claiming nobody would have anything for Tomac this weekend, yes it would seem to shock some people if he didn’t win. Which he didn’t.

There's one post that says nobody would have anything for Tomac, others say it would be the Roczen/Tomac show.
