MEC2 is even better. Slows the game down, causes you to really reduce your speed in order to complete sections cleanly etc. I find myself using 1/2 throttle in many more sections where in MEC1 I was just pinned. Plus the custom tracks are better too!

Your work is great. Photo skills and all.

Just bought the season pass, thought it included the x2 Credits multiplier. Bummed out.

Do you guys think they will add any other DLC the rest of this year? The Playground was the last scheduled DLC content.

I wonder if they add anything else in the next 9 months until the next game? I would think so right?

I had been playing MESX1 for a good awhile, and just got back on SX2... and man... there's a lot of subtle differences.

I like the scrubbing in SX1 much better. The bike is harder to control in SX2 it seems. I think SX 2 is better overall, but there's a few things I like more in SX1.

Like the camera lighting and lens effects are better in SX1 I think. Still....m SX2 is mostly an improvement.

I am not finding the Monster ENergy Cup invisible tuft block like some are? Good thing I guess.

Has anyone solved the controller lag issue? I didn’t have this issue in MESX1, which confuses me. MESX2 presents a large amount of lag when I’m turning the bike

I have none on Xbox 1. And am well aware of input lag. Tv not in game mode?

The TV mode? Or is that a console setting? I’m on PS4. The lag is almost unplayable.

Did some testing with bike setup relative to jumping.

Also, FYI, I had tried this same test with settings in the whoops and nothing made a difference that I could find.

I am such a tard. I spent many many hours trying to get the final round done and uploaded but after all is said and done I realized this weekend that I screwed it up. There is one rhythm lane that should go 1/2/3/3/4 and I made it as 1/2/3/4/4. So I will be re-doing that tonight. In the mean time here are some screens you can use for your computer!

Thank you for writing, we are aware of the problem you have reported to us. We have already sent to the DEV team all the information necessary to try and find a solution.

All the best,
The Milestone Team
Has there been an update in the states that we haven't received in Australia yet? We haven't received any updates here in Aus yet and the game still can't be played in career mode. I also haven't received any feedback from Milestone, not that I really expected to. Not having a go at Milestone, I wouldn't expect a response from any game developer for that matter as I'm sure they get bombarded all the time with emails.

Anyways, sucks that the game is still unplayable....

Not to be negative but I'm just going to get this off my chest. I just bought MESX2 on sale for $30 and it blows ass. It looks amazing but it's worse than the first one.

The physics is so bad. Here's my list of gripes, and it's a bummer that the riding sucks, I don't care how much DLC they have for it because I don't want to play it.

Turning: Unpredictable... There's a lag or unpredictability to the turning... It either hooks up like crazy and you overturn, or the guy just won't turn the bike and you shoot wide. It's not so much that it's difficult to learn, you do get used to how crazy it acts. It's that the bike moves so erratically it takes the fun out of it. There's no precision.

Jumping: WTF... The speed of the motorcycle doesn't correlate with how far you expect to launch off the jumps. Like somebody else described, there's somewhat of a slingshot effect. As you take off on the jumps, you're kind of launched forward, like a boost, but then once you're in the air you slow down. Sometimes it feels like you're going so slow, but then it pops you up like crazy over a jump. Conversely, you can also feel like you have a lot of speed over an obstacle and you just don't get the pop that you expect to clear the next one.

Acceleration: When you press the throttle, sometimes it hooks up right away and feels like it you're accelerating, other times it's like you're not even pushing the button and there's this massive delay. The first game is guilty of this too, but it just feels really pronounced in the second one.

Starts: Am I crazy or does everyone else see how the bikes just sit there for about a second after the gate drops? You push the throttle button, the engine is revving, the gear indicator shows neutral for about a second, then it finally takes off. Just weird.

In summary: Very erratic movement of the motorcycle, no precision or predictability of speed or handling, not responsive to input (i.e. throttle, braking, steering), scrubs are trash because it's hard to bring the bike back around, little control... and overall there's just NO FLOW, the whole damn game is all herky jerky. I highly recommend MESX1 over the most recent one. It suffers from many of the same issues but I would say to a lesser degree. You can get SOME flow going in that game.

Wawa you need to spend more time with the game. There is a "slingshot" effect when you land smoothly and gain traction before a jump - just like real supercross. You will not get this effect if you are going too slow or don't hit rythm sections correctly. You'll especially notice this effect coming off a tabletop and into a triple. If you mess up that ryhtm section before the table top triple (like not landing on the table, instead landing too far or too short) then you'll notice that you short the triple - just like real life.

Starts: Starting in neutral? This tells me you are using the auto transmission in the game. Yes, that's garbage. It's pretty much garbage in any racing game I've ever played - change to manual transmission, use the clutch, and use 1st gear for starts.

Turning: Get the bike dialed in for your preferences. I seem to over-steer really bad on the Honda in the game. IDK if it's the power band on the bike or what but I always seem to slide it out. I don't have this issue on the Suzuki or Husky (I generally use the RMZ in-game). So you need to spend time configuring the bike on to how you want it to perform. I'm super precise on the RMZ in turning. I suck with other bikes...

Scrubs: How are they hard to bring back? You do the normal motion...notice how the bike is flowing in the air...tap the brake and move the stick in the opposite direction to bring it back. It's honestly all you on this one. If you can master the scrubs in this game you can jump under people and gain a lot of time through the air. It's insanely fun to do online to real people once you get it down.

In Summary: Its all you big blue!

I haven't gotten any updates on Switch either. Looks like it was just Xbox and PS4. How did you reach out to Milestone? I used their ticket portal and got a response pretty quick

After much work I think I finally got Las Vegas done as close to the real thing as possible. That back rhythm section had so many different combos but I think I got it so they are all doable!
Enjoy!.

If you haven't played it and want to get in some Supercross then it is still fun to play - you have until next Feb/March at least until the next one comes out.

This one gets me. I feel Im plenty good at this game (prestige was in the 130s before it glitched and jumped to 10000) but I do only play single player, and ghost racing. I have a theory that when you play in career mode the experience can be slightly different. I feel as if things are loosely pre determined in career mode. There's times when it feels like there's no other option than crashing. I've made saves in those moments only to have it feel like it pulls me into a tough block, or it makes it so that I can't get going straight. Just last night I was racing, got a good start, and was getting bumped all over, so I backed down to let people by so I could slow down to go faster. I ended up getting freight trained by about 5 riders. They came from behind pushed me up a triple and launched me second lap in. It was so incredibly frustrating that I restarted. Next race, second lap in, same exact thing happens, same time, same spot. But also the making me turn wide sometimes. You can feel it happening, so I'll slow down to almost a stop, start going, and if you don't completely stop again, it just drags you outside. Also that corner in minneapolis, and a few of them in St. Louis with the oversteer...wtf?! Minni, houston, and St. louis Im terrible at. Every other track I'll win with a 30 second lead, in first person goggle view. I really could just suck, but the way these things come up.... Not just at the same spot in a track, but the same time into a race.

Also ever ride a 450 at the MEC and watch 250s launch right by you on that one jump coming back into the stadium?
Or how about at the coliseum how they (ai) get that burst of speed coming back into the stadium?

Maybe the game play is different online. I never play single player, no fun in beating AIs to me, plus their slow when you start nailing laps

I can't speak to that exactly. Admittedly, I don't have much time spent on #2, but it's not my skill, I watched some Twitch videos and observed the same things. Anyway, I see people are having fun with it and I'm sure I can get into it (been playing almost all mx games since SNES), but it does have quirks and was just a bit disappointing. Thanks for the tip on the auto/manual transmission, I'll try that. It's still weird though and doesn't have that lag in #1.

I haven’t spent much time on multiplayer but I tried tonight. Does anyone else have major bugs when playing multiplayer? Like other riders flying through the air randomly and hitting you off your bike? It’s difficult to complete one lap without something like this happening. Why would they make collisions so bad if you can’t even see when you’re hitting someone?

I find that happens when there is lag in the game.
